AMAZING!

I would 100% recommend this apartment! My friends and I had the best experience. The host was so friendly and made himself available for us via text and in person whenever we needed. The listing aligns perfectly with the actual apartment. The apartment was extremely clean and shampoo conditioner etc were provided for us as well as extra bedding. The building is super easy to access with the instructions provided and the location is amazing as it is right on Main Street in Falmouth! Overall we had an amazing stay and will 100% be back!

I would call this apt just ok at best. It’s just the basics . The pics on the listing were not of the unit we were in ( apt 7). I am guessing they have many units at this address. Also, the floors slope so badly that you could almost roll out of bed. The “front” door also is just a thin hollow closet door so it didn’t feel super secure . Kitchen minimally stocked- only one coffee cup. It was clean and the host was friendly and helpful when we couldn’t find the entrance to the building. Heads up. Lots of very steep stairs to enter apartment so pack lightly . Also bring earplugs. Lots of road noise and the trash truck comes outside the window around 3am. If you’re looking to be on Main Street, location is good . Parking is a challenge though.

The location was wonderful. Not the friendliest group of people in Falmouth. But it was a nice and relaxing area. The host does not respond to messages promptly. I asked if there were pans/pots for me cook. The host told me yes it was. When we arrived it was no pots or pans. I would have brought my own if I was made aware. The hallways to the apartment need to be swept and kept cleaner. Inside the actual apartment it was renovated. However, it’s slanted. The entire apartment floor is titled. It’s not leveled at all. When I got up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night I had to hold on to the wall to walk to the bathroom. My husband cracked jokes “it feels like we are drunk walking”. The following morning I wasn’t able to make a fried egg so I cooked some eggs in a bowl in the microwave. We were going to cape cod for the weekend. The apartment served its purpose.
