This was a very convenient location! It is a cute little two bedroom house with a great kitchen. Even though there is not a dishwasher, the set-up was very good for washing dishes and it wasn't burdensome. The washer and dryer were great and it was very nice to have them available. The yard was great for a small dog and the neighborhood was very walkable.

Had a wonderful 3-night stay in Dayton at this charming home! Everything was lovely from start to finish. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, the big-screen TVs were a great touch, and the cozy couch made it feel like a true home away from home.The neighborhood was quiet and charming, with friendly neighbors and a great atmosphere. Theresa was a wonderful host—warm, accommodating, and always quick to respond.We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking with Theresa again! Highly recommend!

House was great with large kitchen. Rain kept us from enjoying the back yard. Neighbors were noisy with loud music but stopped at a reasonable time. Location was easy access to all the places we visited.

Theresa was very communicative and responsive during our stay. There were items that you sometimes often will forget like a curling iron and blow dryer. The check in instructions were easy and clear.

Perfect stay

Perfect quiet location for my family. Check in was quick and easy. Enjoyed the spacious kitchen and comfortable beds. Definitely will keep this location in mind for future family events.

Our host was great. After a snowstorm, Theresa sent someone over to shovel the driveway so we could get out. I appreciated that so much. She was very attentive to any questions and responded very quickly. We were in the area during a very cold spell, but the house was very cozy and comfortable.

Very clean and nicely remodeled house. Large kitchen, nice bathroom with great shower and bathtub, nice size bedrooms. The front and back yard are very much in need of attention, the grass is very high. A very quiet neighborhood. I would stay here again.

Very cute little house, very clean and welcoming. Close to everything. Fire pit in the back yard was nice to have a small fire and relax in the evening. Host was very accommodating and responsive to messages when I had to change my reservation.

Great little place

Great location! Quiet neighborhood, park in walking distance. House was very clean. There is a grill in the backyard that you can use. Also a fire pit out there as well. Comfortable beds and just overall cute little comfortable place to stay! Is a must and will be staying here every time I come to Dayton!!

Second time staying and just as amazing as the first time!

Awesome experience. Host even let us shift our day up because of a scheduling conflict! She even got the place ready before the scheduled time and let me know. We will be staying here again when I come back!! Very clean and smelled amazing!
