Thank you so much for the perfect score, that kind of enthusiasm is contagious! We love hearing when a stay really sticks with someone, that's the whole reason we do this. Sounds like this one hit every note just right. Can't wait to have you back for another stay worth gushing about.

Good comms from the hosts, easy check-in at the front desk, room was as depicted, quiet and good for sleeping. Convenient location, & nearby City Hall is 100% worth a visit. It's not very big & natural light is limited, but for people like us who are spending time out and about in the city, it's a very good option.

A 10/10? Well now we’re just showing off. Thanks for the love on the smooth check-in, solid sleep, and easy communication — our front desk team is currently accepting imaginary trophies. We’re glad the room was the perfect home base for your city adventures (and yes, nearby City Hall is an underrated icon). Cozy, convenient, and designed for guests who actually go outside — we respect it. Come back anytime. We’ll keep it quiet and drama-free. 😉 -NexResorts

The hotel was beautiful and in a great location. Lots os fabulous restaurants within easy walking distance. Staff bent over backwards to be helpful. I made my reservation close to check in which apparently caused it to not show at the hoptel end. The staff was amazing as they worked through solving the problem. Staff offered and brought me a water kettle when they found out I drink tea and not coffee. They helped out with some urgent health needs, and resolved challenges. The VRBO contact was very responsive both before my arrival and after. Other than the resolved glitch at checkin, my stay was wonderful. I would stay again.

Thank you for the wonderful review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the beautiful property, great location, and nearby restaurants. We’re also happy to hear the team was helpful and responsive while getting the check-in glitch resolved quickly. It means a lot that your stay was wonderful overall, and we’d be happy to host you again! Until next time, Tiffany & Andrew Your mildly over-caffeinated hosts at NexResorts ☕✨
