The Coquina is a family oriented complex with only 40 units. This cozy rental unit is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. The unit features a comfortable bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room with a flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi. We also provide linens, towels, two beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels so that you can pack light and enjoy your time in the sun. Enjoy the ocean and intra-coastal waterway view from the upper deck picnic tables are provided for your enjoyment. Inside the condo you will find a large selection of novels for your enjoyment.
No better place to relax with a good book will listening to the waves crash on the beach!

The Coquina Complex experienced many upgrades in 2023!
We now have beautiful pickle ball, tennis and shuffleboard courts available for guest.
Our grills are located on pavers just to the left as you enter the complex.
The complex has a new roof and fresh coat of paint.
You will also enjoy the new landscaping throughout the grounds leading out to the large open pools and then directly onto the white sandy beaches.
Be sure to bring along your surfboard or fishing rod.

This unit boasts a private patio with panoramic ocean views, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or watching the sunset over the water. You'll also have access to a shared outdoor pool as well as a private boardwalk that leads directly to the beach.
