Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take the trash out and put in the bin by the door. Please bag all trash before you place in the bin
No lose trash belong in the bin and make sure the bin is propertly latched before you leave.
If you can please leave used towels and linen on top of the washer. It will make ckeaners job much easier.

We are fortunate to own a vacation property in sunny Florida where we can visit at least twice a year to enjoy Orlando and all of Florida has to offer. For the remainder of the year, when our property remain vacant we decided to make it available for short term rental and have the pleasure of seeing children and families have an amazing opportunity to access accommodation in Disney World area for very reasonable price.
We are new to Home Away. We started listing our property on this site as of November 17th 2015. Prior to this, our property was managed by a another vacation company which did its own advertising and booking.
We now have a new property management company onsite that take care of the property and make your stay comfortable while you are in Kissimmee/ Orlando.

When we first visited Disney World in 2008, we were captivated by the friendly people, lush greenery, warm sunny weather and cleanliness of the area initiated the idea of owning a property in Kissimmee. In later 2009 we were able to make it happen and purchased this lovely unit in Windsor Palms.
