Please take the trash out and put in the bin by the door. Please bag all trash before you place in the bin No lose trash belong in the bin and make sure the bin is propertly latched before you leave.
If you can please leave used towels and linen on top of the washer. It will make ckeaners job much easier. Thank you.
Please.leave all lights off, close all windows and turn A/C setting to 80F before you go. Rule of thumb is every thing you bring into the house shoul go with you. Thank you and hace a safe trip home.

Great Place to Stay

The condo was very clean, comfortable and convenient to the places I wanted to go. I loved the resort area, and the condo, and the screened in patio that gets the afternoon sun. Met a great group of people to play pickleball with, and very convenient to Celebration. Cant wait to come back next year.

Great Place!

My family stayed here for 5 days in July 2024 and loved the condo! Most importantly it was clean and comfortable. The amenities (pool, splash pad, pickleball courts, arcade, etc) were perfect as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Stay

An awesome time was had- after a little difficult checking in the owner promptly response to text and everything was smooth smiling. The unit is very clean and nicely kept. Although we didn't get a chance to do Disney we had a great time. Lots of neighboring restaurants to choose from. Making reservations for Disney/Universal and we will definitely be back. Wonderful time

This property was in very good condition and served our party of six quite comfortably. I feel we were fortunate to be on the first floor as higher floors would have been a challenge with luggage. Location in relation to the park was approx 15 minute drive and presented no problems. Everything you would need is within a 3 mile drive, Would reccomend this property.

Wonderful!

We (A family of 3) enjoy this quiet area and nice clean condo. The owner replied to questions quickly. The check-in process was a breeze. Each room has a TV, comfy beds, and well-equipped kitchen. The clubhouse is a delight, it has a small convenience store and the tiki bar cooks hot food. They supplied balls to play volleyball, and basketball they also allowed free movies in the theater Lots of nearby restaurants You can't go wrong at this location, we will return.

We are a professionally employed married Canadian couple living in Greater Toronto Area. We are fortunate to own a vacation property in sunny Florida where we can visit at least twice a year to enjoy Orlando and all of Florida has to offer. For the remainder of the year, when our property remain vacant we decided to make it available for short term rental and have the pleasure of seeing children and families have an amazing opportunity to access accommodation in Disney World area for very reasonable price.
We are new to Home Away. We started listing our property on this site as of November 17th 2015. Prior to this, our property was managed by a another vacation company which did its own advertising and booking.

We now have a new property management company onsite that take care of the property and make your stay comfortable while you are in Kissimmee/ Orlando.

When we first visited Disney World in 2008, we were captivated by the friendly people, lush greenery, warm sunny weather and cleanliness of the area initiated the idea of owning a property in Kissimmee. In later 2009 we were able to make it happen and purchased this lovely unit in Windsor Palms.
