Located in Lake Leelanau, enjoy what this 4-bedroom house has to offer. This peaceful property boasts 3 full bedrooms and a suite above the garage. There is also a 4 season porch that could turn into a sleep room. Wifi is included, and AC and heat for easy temp control. Washing machine and dryer are available to use during your stay.

The back of the house has a newly redone deck, with plenty of space, and shade, to relax for the whole family. There is also a firepit in the vicinity. There is also a playset on the side of the house for all the kids to enjoy.

There is also access to the lake, across the street. Featuring a wooden walkway that goes down to a landing dock, including a firepit, and gazebo. There is also plenty of room for boats to tie up. Not specifically a swimming area, but you're more than welcome to if you'd like.

A wonderful place to stay. We enjoyed our time there. There is a lot of sleeping place and we enjoyed the large dock space by the water. Would love to stay again next yr.!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house had plenty of space for our family and the location is convenient to all the activities the Leelanau peninsula has to offer. Our grandchildren loved the swing set and backyard.

Wonderful setting

Generally our stay was very pleasant. The location was convenient to other things we wanted to do such as biking, visiting Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes, and the beautiful beach at Leland. The studio apartment above the garage was not completely finished and was dusty. Also the hide a bed mattress was very uncomfortable. Also the water to the shower in the studio apt never got more than luke warm, if that. It was somewhat awkward having so much of the owners personal possessions in the open. Especially in the garage. It is important to know that the highway that passes by the house and is between the house and the access to the dock and lake is very busy and cars travel very fast. The newly built deck on the back of the house is very nice and HUGE. We enjoyed time around the fire pit in the evenings. All and all the house comfortably accommodated our group of 8 adults and 2 children. The listing has many more pictures now than when we rented giving a much more accurate picture of what to expect.
