Welcome to this charming 5 Bedroom 1930's original Craftsman home in picturesque Bethlehem. With 5 bedrooms, there is ample room to sleep 9. Our tranquil retreat is perfect for families or groups of friends. Situated on a large corner lot, the house is walking distance to village shops, restaurants, brewery, cafes, golf courses, playground, theatre, and more. A short drive to local attractions such as Santa's Village, Flume Gorge and the Cog Railway. Enjoy the family friendly hiking trails nearby. For winter guests you will find snowmobiling, cross country skiing and ice skating a short distance away. For downhill skiers, Cannon Mountain and Bretton woods are each a short 20-minute drive. All season fun for everyone!
After a day of fun and adventure, relax on the beautiful front porch while the kids enjoy a fully stocked game room with board games, foosball, video game system, backgammon, chess and checkers.

Loved the location - it’s an easy walk into town (which was a huge plus for the non-hiker in our group!). The front porch was great for hanging out, and we enjoyed the grill as well. Host was easy to communicate with when we had questions.

This is a beautiful home conveniently located in the midst of the White Mountains. Check in was easy and there was plenty of room for our group of 5. The kitchen has all new appliances and we cooked every night.

The house is big and spacious. Plenty of room for our family, my parents and the dog. The kids enjoyed the game room and having their rooms upstairs. It is an old house but kept clean and had everything we needed. Karen is responsive and helpful.

Awesome mountain stay

Great location for ice castles in woodstock and mt washington. Older house that is beautifully redone. We loved the 5 bedrooms and large living room for the kids to play. Very nice people to communicate with. We had a great stay and time in NH!

Magical Christmas get away

While we are a family of 4, and one furry family member, we wanted to get a rental that had plenty of space for friends and family to come visit over the Christmas/New Years holiday. This home was perfect!!! The owners went above and beyond to decorate the whole home for us, including a live (and fully decorated!) Christmas tree in the dining room. It is a beautiful old farm house that was equipped with brand new appliances which made cooking and cleaning up a breeze. So much comfortable and cozy space to hang out in and just relax.The owners were super accessible as we texted back and forth with them about a few things. Comfy beds, tons of extra blankets and pillows, well stocked kitchen.. I cooked multiple large holiday meals and was delighted with the new pots,pans and kitchen supplies. It felt like a real home that was loved and cared about, not just a rental. Will definitely be back.. perfect location between cannon and Bretton for skiing, hiking/snow shoeing trails a few minutes away, and I found my new favorite coffee shop a few blocks up the road..plus dog friendly! All wins!!!

My brother, sister and I purchased this home in honor of our Dad, Bill. Bill loved New Hampshire and always dreamed of owning a home in this beautiful state. As a younger man, he spent much time skiing on these mountains and taught us all how as well. This beautiful home is a tribute to him and aptly named: " Bill's Place".

Why they chose this property

Bethlehem is a quaint little town bustling with activity. Here, you will find great restaurants, upbeat vibes, shopping, brewery, antiquing, golf, hiking trails, cafes, theatre, ice-cream shop, and beautiful parks. For winter guests, Cannon Mountain and Bretton woods are just a short drive of 20 minutes. Numerous snowmobiling trails are close by. Santa's village is a 25 minute drive. Bethlehem has something for everyone for every season!

What makes this property unique

Our home is a 1930's original Sears and Roebuck craftsman home. It's elegant architecture and fine details are simply beautiful. We have combined old world charm with modern updates to make a beautiful home with all the comforts of daily living. Five bedrooms provide ample space for 9 guests. The kitchen has been updated with brand new appliances including a gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and stackable washer/dryer. A large double living room with plenty of seating makes it a perfect space to relax and gather with family and friends. Traveling with children? They will be thrilled to hang out in the fully equipped Gameroom complete with foosball table, chess, checkers and backgammon table along with a great selection of board games for the whole family. The front porch is stunning with exposed stone and beautiful archways. We have provided comfortable seating for morning coffee or evening libations.
