Vista Cay Resort : House & Resort rules

We want to welcome you at our beautiful resort. In order that all guest can enjoy their stay, the resort implemented some strict house and resort rules :

- Quiet hours are from 11PM till 9AM. No loud gatherings or parties are allowed inside the property or on the resort
- Do not exceed the maximum occupancy allowed in the property
- Onsite roving patrol and security
- NO PETS allowed inside the property !
- NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed inside the property or in public areas on the resort, this includes e-cigarettes and medical marijuana
- If you wish to BBQ grill, there are grills available on the resort. Grills are NOT allowed on the property balcony or lanai.
- No candles are allowed inside the property
- To access the resort amenities, you need an amenity pass to enter. These passes are provided inside your property at the entrance or kitchen counter in a display holder. Passes might have advertisement on them. Passes can be shared between guests, it is not required that each guest has a pass when using the amenity.
- Pool towels are provided inside the property, make sure to return all towels back to the property when used outside. Missing and badly stained linen will be charged.
- EV charging : there are EV charging stations on the resort, it`s not allowed use the power of the property.

Awesome stay! Clean and spacious condo, nice pool

We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean. I am meticulous about this, especially bathrooms and kitchens. It was spacious and there was enough seating for my family. The pool was recently renovated and was great! We enjoyed the convenience to parks and the freeways. We plan to stay there again.

Great location

This was a great location for our group. Walking distance to groceries and a quick Uber/Lyft ride to the Orange County Convention Center. It worked perfectly for our group of 5 adults.

Beautiful condo

We loved this condo! We stayed here for a recent volleyball tournament. We had our 3 teens and my mom; there was plenty of room for everyone! The two options for swimming were both lovely. We will stay here again!

Great home and resort!

Location and resort were perfect! We stayed for only two short days at the end of a long trip. The condo was a short distance from sea world and universal studios. The resort, pool and bar were perfect, and the condo was close to dining and a grocery store (Publix). The condo was very clean, the resort felt safe, and the amenities were everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

It was what we needed.

I was there with 7 adults celebrating my moms retirement. It was clean and easy to check in. Some more towels (larger) would have been appreciated, but we thought it was a great place and would stay again.

Lots of space and beds.

The apartment is a 2nd floor corner unit so has a lot of light. It's all on one level which was nice. Cute outdoor balcony. Just down the street from the convention center and Universal.

Tons of room and great location

This is a huge place super close to universal and convention center. Lots of sleeping space. Could use more pool towels and cooking pots and pans for the size but eating out is so easy so no big deal. Complex has significant construction happening now on the roof of the building and the closest pool but you can drive over to the other pool or take a golf cart.

Nice condo close to convention center

I have stayed at vista cay multiple times and this time also did not disapppoint. Walking distance from supermarket and $8 Uber ride to convention center. Walkable if it weren’t so hot!

Spacious Comfy Condo

The location was perfect for the conference we attended. Appreciated the extra towels. Easy place to relax. The kitchen was equipped just fine for our short stay. Extra body wash and shampoo would be a nice added touch. Providing coffee would be an added convenience, overall we had a great stay and would likely recommend this property and stay again!

Lovely Spot

We loved the location and the condo and surrounding property was beautiful. We enjoyed using the walking track around the lake, and the pool and hot tub almost every day. There was some noise above us a few times late at night and there should maybe have been clearer instructions posted in the condo as to quiet times and how to contact on-site security.

Nice Condo

The condo was a nice space. It smelled a little musty when we first arrived but nothing a few minutes with open windows didn't solve. If you're staying longer than a day consider bringing a few dish pods, coffee pods, and washing machine pods with you so you don't have to buy whole containers at the store.

As listed, this property is great!

This is my second year in a row renting and I highly recommend it. I had 8 adults and one 7 year old and we love the spaciousness of the condo and the amenities; pool, gym, nearby Walgreens. I had a convention at the Orange County Convention Center, and it was only a few minutes down the street which was super convenient.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here for years now for business & pleasure and, have yet to be disappointed by the cleanliness of the apartments and/or customer service for booking our stay. I have recommended Cosy Casas at Vista Cay and have yet to hear the best from everyone that has stayed, as well as, my employees and their family have stayed for the holidays, my only recommendation is to book early.

AC master control allows lowest temperature setting of 72 degrees

We have stayed at Vista Cay many times. This unit was typical. However the owner has the thermostat set up where the guest cannot set the temperature below 72 degrees. We prefer to sleep with the air lower. This should be disclosed prior to booking, which is the reason for my review. If this matters to you, choose another unit.

We rented this condo for four co-workers attending a tradeshow at the Orange County Convention Center. It was the perfect choice for our crew! The home was very clean, well-maintained, close to the venue, and offered a relaxing pace in the mornings and evenings. Would highly recommend!
