Apartment 200 meters from the beach (1min walking), OCIAN CITY BAIRRO, sleeps up to 06 (six) people (children included), 01 bedroom with 01 BELICHE and 01 BOX BED COUPLE, 01 SOFA BEDROOM FOR 2 PEOPLE + 2 ADDITIONAL MATTRESS , 01 bathroom, full kitchen, equipped with all household items, laundry area with washing machine, living room TV, DVD and WI-FI, 6th floor, with balcony sea view, 1 beach mat, two elevators, security cameras, concierge 24 hours, a parking space. Near the Ocian fair (SECOND STREET NEXT TO OCIAN BEACH CLUB), ice cream shop, good restaurants, pizzeria, Extra Supermarkets / Day% / Cuca, Church and bike rack.

PLEASE NOTE: BY APP APP CHOOSE DATES AND AMOUNT OF PEOPLE TO KNOW VALUES SITE SHOWS EVERY DAY "DAY" RATE, TO SEE EXACT VALUES, CHOOSE DATES.

Eu minha família ficamos hospedados nesse último reveillon. Gostamos muito do apartamento, bem localizado, dá para ir a pé para praia. Recebemos o imóvel limpo e organizado. O único porém, é a garagem, como meu carro é grande, foi pedido para ficarmos no sub solo, até aí tudo bem, no sábado precisei sair para ir ao mercado e quando voltei não tinha mais vaga, isso porque alguns motoristas infelizmente não sabem estacionar, usam duas vagas para um carro. Fomos realocados para o G2, e foi uma saga para colocar e tirar o carro, pois é bem apertado.
