Ótimo apartamento e excelente localização

O apartamento é muito bom e bem localizado. Precisa de alguns reparos, o chuveiro da suíte não funciona e as pias da suíte e varanda estão com vazamento. O sofá também precisa de reforma e limpeza. Fora isso a experiência foi muito boa.

Sacada com uma churrasqueira que diferencia o local pela praticidade e por poporcionar uma ótima oportunidade de pilotar uma churrasqueira com aquela vista maravilhosa que aparece na foto. Com relação aos funcionários do condomínio, todos são super atenciosos, educados e muito preocupados com o conforto e segurança de sua família durante sua estadia no condomínio, não diferenciando proprietários de visitantes locadores.
