3 beds, 2 baths with hot tub, and an entertainment room with pool table and foosball table. We are only minutes away from Three Sister Springs. Located one street over from Plantation Inn Resort & Golf Club where you can rent pontoon boats or launch your boat there. The house comes with 1 boat slip across the street. Separate 20x20 entertainment room for kids or adults alike with pool table, foosball table, dartboard, and 70" smart TV.

3 bedrooms/2 baths 2200 sq. ft. home with ALL new appliances and new furniture. The entertainment room will entertain the kids w/ a 70" smart TV, pool table, and foosball table. Relax in a 3-person heated hot tub in the screened-in patio.

I have a total of 3 homes on this street as a vacation rental. There's one next to this rental (it's a 3/2). The other one is across the street (waterfront property- it's a 4/2). Great for a family reunion if you want all 3 homes. 3 houses sleeps 36 people.

Located within walking distance (1 street over) from Plantation Inn Resort where you can golf, rent pontoon boats, kayaks and do manatee tours.

Contactless check-in and out. The front door key code will be provided a day before check-in. If you love seafood, you're in a good treat! The local restaurants here are to die for. The seafood is fresh and it's amazing.

Our home is centrally located 3 minutes from 3 Sister Springs. Only about 5 minutes from downtown Crystal River with all the shops and restaurants.

Boat slip: 1 boat slip is available for this rental (see pictures) located across the street on my other waterfront property. No smoking inside the house.

We purchased this home so that we can vacation in the beautiful Crystal River for all of it's fabulous things to do there like kayaking, manatee watching and scalloping. We love this home so much that we want our guest to feel warm, cozy and just relax when you're there.
