Book your stay at a brand new condo in the upscale Topsider Complex. Enjoy the large and comfortable floor plan, lake views,pools, firepits and luxury finishes. Walk into one of the beach entry pools, sit on your covered patio, or take advantage of the close proximity to restaurants, shopping, or beach bars. Unit is on the third floor, meaning you have no stairs to climb when you arrive or leave.

The interior boasts quartz countertops and a large open concept kitchen with a total of 6 barstools. Three bedrooms and three full baths provide plenty of space for family and friends with king beds in the master suite and second bedroom. The third bedroom has a queen bunk bottom, twin bed on top, suitable for adults or children.

On site you will have access to the elevator, fitness room, free ice, parking, BBQ grills, firepits, free wifi, pools.

Nearby destinations include waterfront bars: Redhead Bar & Yacht Club, Dogs Days, and Backwater Jacks. For landlubbers visit Sergio's Tacqueria, Andy's Frozen Custard, Pappos Pizzeria, or Wobbly Boots BBQ. Coffee is right across the street at Panera.

Amazing condo and view

We loved staying at the Topsider condo. The condo was very spacious and we spent a lot of our time on the patio if we weren’t out on the lake or swimming in the condo pool. We will definitely stay again.

Great Condo!

My family stayed here for several nights and absolutely loved it. We had a 5 year old and a 10 month old with us too, which made the location being close to so many stores and other activities really nice for whenever we needed something we didn’t pack. We enjoyed the big pool a lot and was nice to be able to watch everyone swim from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again. Also, being able to just walk to the condo without dealing with stairs from the parking lot is really nice.

Clean, New, Convenient Location, Great Property

This property was top notch from start to finish. The hosts were very responsive for all of our needs and questions. The check in was flawless, the property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay and more! The balcony has an amazing view of the grand glaze 1mm and no wake area for the weekends. Easily escape into the state park for some calmer waters or enjoy many on water restraints within a very short ride. The docks were great for our boat that we brought along. The pools were perfect for kids and adults. A beautiful property, leaving nothing to be desired! Book with confidence for adult groups or families with young children. We will be returning for sure!

Dirty & Loud

If they are using a cleaning service, they need to have a talk. The condo was beautiful but the couch was sticky, the glass on the deck had little people handprints and they may have had peanut butter on them. Under the footstool was a large spill that never got cleaned up. There was dust bunnies and the road noise was very loud.
