Wonderful condo! This is our second time renting this condo. Excellent communication with the host throughout the process and during our stay. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything you need for a great vacation. We also enjoyed the pools and the close proximity to restaurants, shopping, etc. We will definitely be back!

This unit is on the third floor so very convenient for parking. We loved the covered porch. The only drawback was they didn’t provide any beach towels. So just pack some the pool was amazing.

Modern condo in a great location! Two very nice pools, tons of parking, and the complex is in the process of adding additional amenities. Hosts were very helpful and communicated clearly. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Very centrally located with tons of food options nearby. Easy check-in and check-out process. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing condo and view

We loved staying at the Topsider condo. The condo was very spacious and we spent a lot of our time on the patio if we weren’t out on the lake or swimming in the condo pool. We will definitely stay again.

Great Condo!

My family stayed here for several nights and absolutely loved it. We had a 5 year old and a 10 month old with us too, which made the location being close to so many stores and other activities really nice for whenever we needed something we didn’t pack. We enjoyed the big pool a lot and was nice to be able to watch everyone swim from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again. Also, being able to just walk to the condo without dealing with stairs from the parking lot is really nice.

Clean, New, Convenient Location, Great Property

This property was top notch from start to finish. The hosts were very responsive for all of our needs and questions. The check in was flawless, the property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay and more! The balcony has an amazing view of the grand glaze 1mm and no wake area for the weekends. Easily escape into the state park for some calmer waters or enjoy many on water restraints within a very short ride. The docks were great for our boat that we brought along. The pools were perfect for kids and adults. A beautiful property, leaving nothing to be desired! Book with confidence for adult groups or families with young children. We will be returning for sure!

Dirty & Loud

If they are using a cleaning service, they need to have a talk. The condo was beautiful but the couch was sticky, the glass on the deck had little people handprints and they may have had peanut butter on them. Under the footstool was a large spill that never got cleaned up. There was dust bunnies and the road noise was very loud.

The condo itself was nice, and our guests were comfortable overall. However, there were several issues that future guests should be aware of.Upon arrival, we discovered that the entire primary bedroom closet was locked and unavailable for guest use, leaving the couple staying in the primary suite with no closet space to hang clothes. 13 total cabinets between kitchen and master bath were locked. The guest room closets had no hangers, there was no iron, and there were blankets left in the dryer upon arrival.A few hours before check in, we were notified that only a starter kit of supplies would be provided, two dishwasher pods, dish soap, and two trash bags. There were also no toiletries provided in the bathrooms. In our experience, this information is typically disclosed in the property description or rental agreement at the time of booking so guests can prepare accordingly. Our guests had to go purchase soap, shampoo and trash bags after arriving. When I contacted the property manager simply to provide feedback for future guests, I learned she was the owner. Unfortunately, the conversation became defensive, and when I questioned how three couples would manage if the primary closet was unavailable, her husband joined the call and the discussion became unproductive. The condo is status quo for Topsider, but the lack of disclosure regarding guest amenities and the handling of our concerns were disappointing. I would have chosen a different unit at Topsider due to the closet.
