Woodinville's Hollywood Hill Guest House is situated on a five acre estate with pastures on either side. The 1400 square foot bungalow, first built in 1933, has gone through an extensive restoration and interior re-design. It is easy to relax in the beautifully appointed bungalow.

The Guest House has two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed; a beautiful Jack & Jill bathroom with an over-sized shower, soaking tub and double sinks; a large naturally lit living and dining room; a powder room off the living room; a gourmet kitchen; breakfast area; and, laundry room. Every room has a pastoral view. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV.

The fully outfitted large gourmet kitchen features a Viking six burner stove with convection oven, an oversize French door refrigerator and a Bosch dishwasher.

Complimentary bath products, Keurig Coffee Maker, assortment of coffee pods, dishwasher soap, and laundry detergent are provided.

Woodinville's Wine Country is just minutes from your bungalow. Explore the award-winning wineries, highly acclaimed restaurants, and local spa. You can walk or bike the neighborhood or the local Burke Gilman trail. You are only 30 minutes from downtown Seattle.

As you travel up the canyon, out of the Sammamish Valley, you leave the rest of the world behind. Beautiful estates and horse farms appear from the woods as you make your way up the Hollywood Hill. The Hill wows you with its beauty in every season.

The property is fully fenced with gates at either end of the circular gravel driveway. It’s an easy, simple life with few distractions and all the charm of country elegance. A perfect, private getaway.

This was our fourth stay at the Hollywood Hill Guest House. For us, it's the perfect jumping-off point for visiting our extended family in nearby Kirkland. The house is spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. The neighborhood is peaceful and picturesque. There are good restaurants and shopping nearby. All boxes checked.

This is our go-to home away from home when visiting family in Kirkland. It's spacious, quiet, and well-equipped. Eugene & Zita are excellent hosts. And we'll be back in a couple of months.

Incredible gem in Woodinville

This property is perfect for a couples get away in Woodinville. Close to the wineries. Beautiful quiet street. Even have a beautiful white horse living across the street that wants to come say hi. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here every time I come to town!

Amazing place to stay while wine tasting in Woodinville!

We loved everything about this VRBO! Everything was so nice, clean, and even better than the listing pictures! Beds were comfortable and amenities provided were a surprise plus - coffee/tea/creamer, travel toothbrush etc.... Owners were friendly and responsive! The guest house was very close to all the wineries we visited!

Our third stay here, and our fourth stay is booked.

We visit family in Kirkland frequently, and the Hollywood Hill Guest House is the ideal base camp for us. It's (1) convenient, (2) quiet, (3) comfortable, (4) clean, and (5) close to many excellent restaurants. And, finally, Eugene and Zita are excellent hosts. We'll be back.

What a gem! We cant wait to stay here again! So close to restaurants and tasting rooms - and all of the beauty Washington has to offer! The hosts have thought of everything down to the last detail. We just wishes we had more time to spend enjoying the house and area.

We had a great time! Although the owners are on the property, the cottage is completely private! The owners will answer your call at any time...including 1030 pm :). Just around the corner from AMAZING wineries and restaurants.

Amazing Location and Wonderful Hosts!

We booked this cottage for attending a wedding in Woodinville and it couldn’t have been better. We were tucked away on the hill in a very serene setting, but only a five minute drive to the wedding venue. Our hosts were wonderful, helpful and even gave us a jumpstart when our battery died the day we left. The house was comfortable, well appointed clean and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend!

An amazing home away from home

This property is one of the best vacation rentals. I travel frequently and this is one of the best. Meticulous cleaned, white bedding everything in working ordering. And when I have left personal belongings they were quick to let me know. I highly recommend this rental to my friends when they visit the Seattle area. And I look forward to my next stay.

Wine Country Wonder

The property is wonderfully equipped. I cooked two "party"meals ( roasted beef tenderloin and 16# turkey) easily. The house flows well for entertaining. All of the furnishings, including the linens are all first rate. The photos of the property are completely accurate. We are eager to stay there again!!

We are both second generation filmmakers. We work and travel all over the world but choose to live in Woodinville. Originally from Hollywood, California, we have lived on the Hollywood Hill of Woodinville since 1981 and wouldn't live anywhere else.

Why they chose this property

In 2008 we bought the horse property next door to our home. Over the next three years we did a major restoration/renovation of the bungalow on the property; the bungalow may as well be new. We applied our attention to every detail of our charming rental. This is not our second home, this is your escape to a little piece of our paradise.

What makes this property unique

Get up in the morning and walk the neighborhood, or take a walk on the Burke Gilman trail. Have coffee on the back deck or with the locals at the bottom of the hill. During the day or night, drive down the hill and find great wineries to visit and wonderful bistros to dine in. Order your meals to go and bring them back to the comfort of your home. Or, stock up at one of the local markets and enjoy staying home, cooking and relaxing. There is no other property like this on the 'Hill'.
