You must see this beautiful light-filled 3-story house built in 2020 just steps from North Beach on Lake Michigan. This home comes complete with 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 luxurious bathrooms with Kohler fixtures. Extensive French white oak plank flooring, floating staircases, and custom woodwork. The main floor open plan is well suited for a few or a crowd. The living room has an inviting window seat and a gas log stone-trimmed fireplace. The gorgeous kitchen features a big quartz wrapped island and deluxe appliances: Wolf six burner gas range, Sub Zero refrigerator and wine cooler, and Meile dishwasher. Walk out from the kitchen to a roof top deck with lake views + electric and gas. 1st floor living area with home theater. Sonos sound, and an outdoor shower. Bedrooms sleep 14 as currently configure. Truly a remarkable property.

The house is just as described in the listing. It was perfect for a large group of guys in town for a weekend golf trip and had everything we needed for a beach day. The host was easily reachable by text and responses were prompt. Would definitely recommend.
