Do not Smoke/ vape inside the house. Please use the patio. If there is a smoke odor inside, you will be fined $200.
Please keep thermostat above 68 in summer and below 76 during cold weather. A fine will be charged of $100 if thermostat is set outside these temps.
There should be enough parking space for 6 small cars, or 1 attached boat and 4 vehicles. Please do not park on the street between 9pm - 7am.

Lovely stay in Hendersonville, close enough to enjoy all the Nashville attractions. House is VERY clean, beds were comfortable, and kitchen had all the essentials. Check-in/check-out instructions were easy, and host was receptive when I reached out.

Quiet subdivision. House was clean and perfect for our family of 5. Came for a softball tournament and it was close to everything we needed and only a 20 minute drive to Nashville (on a Tuesday!) Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in TN!

Upon arrival, we were immediately impressed by the well-kept grounds and the quaint charm of the house. Parking was convenient, and everything was spotless. We loved relaxing on the patio after our outings. The interior of the home was bright and tastefully furnished, making it a comfortable space for our family of eight. The kids especially enjoyed the giant Connect Four mounted on the wall and the Nintendo Wii. It was wonderful to have family time in the front room watching TV together during our downtime. Our host, Elizabeth, was very communicative and ensured we felt well taken care of. We truly felt we got our money's worth. One of my favorite moments was sitting on the back lawn with my coffee in the peaceful mornings. I would definitely return to this VRBO if I'm ever in the Nashville area again.

Why they chose this property

I lived here personally for 15 years. I love how close it is to everything, yet far enough away to relax. The neighborhood is very diverse and friendly.

What makes this property unique

The location is in Hendersonville and also only a mile from Goodlettsville and Madison/Rivergate area. Vietnam Vets Hwy can get crazy traffic, but this location lets you avoid it.
The wildlife is abundant. You may see a family of deer walk through the backyard. They like to hang out in the field next door.
