This place was amazing, pictures are spot on, the host, was so accommodating. We stayed in November, when it was super cold, and the house was warm, clean and perfect for us to stay. Thank you!!

Walking Distance to The Surf

Check in was easy. Location was key for this stay! We came to town to see a concert at the Surf Ballroom. The place was clean and stocked with the basic needs for our stay. We were able to easily walk to the surf within 5 minutes. The place was on the cozy side, but there was only 3 of us, so it fit our needs. The place was nicely decorated and very clean. We would stay again!

Great for a Quick Stay

I brought my wife and two children along with me for TRI Clear Lake. This property met our expectations in terms of being a quality place to stay. The surrounding neighborhood left a lot to be desired. A train rolled through around 3AM both nights of our stay honking it's horn which was extremely inconvenient. It was close to where we needed to get to for the race start and overall a good experience.

We chose this home because it is in walking distance to downtown, right in the backyard of the legendary surf ballroom, very close to the lake, and it is across the street from a park.

What makes this property unique

We have recently updated this home. New roof/siding. Just added a fenced in backyard with fire pit and has a view of the lake.
