Conveniently located near a lake, off of Route 7 on the way to attractions in both North Berkshire County and Southern Berkshire County. A perfect home base for Berkshire visit. 3 Bedroom, 2 bath plus furnished basement with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay to explore Western Mass! Brand new Central A/C for maximum comfort. New deck to enjoy with BBQ grill.

Note: this home does have stairs which would need to be climbed to get to the main part of the house.

Nice place, good location. Washer and dryer in the basement but going down the stairs there was an awful odor. Overall it was a nice place. I loved the hog deck, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I would recommend this place

Exceptional and very pleasant

Booked this property for a wedding. Much cheaper than a hotel. The host was phenomenal and very easy to work with. Definitely recommend this property if you are in the Berkshires. Property was clean and we didn’t need half of what we brought. Such a wonderful experience.

I paid a ridiculous amount of money for one night because it was Labor Day weekend and this house smelt like dog so bad! When we got there, we had to open all the windows and light all the candles that were available. It was so bad with dog smell. It was awful. Thank God for the outside deck and it wasn’t raining because that’s where we stayed the whole time we were there because it smelt so bad.. Other than that the house was nice.
