You will have access to the entire home with the exception of the owners closets (one inside and one outside)

- Must be at least 25 to rent property. Driver’s license will be required at time of booking. You can submit your drivers license through the pre-arrival form which will be sent immediately after booking. Please note - your reservation will be canceled if primary guest booking is under the age of 25. You will also receive a link immediately after booking to sign your rental agreement as required by the NC Vacation Rental Act. Guidebook with door code will be sent the day prior to check-in. Check-in information will not be sent until both pre-arrival form and rental agreement are signed. For same day bookings, pre-arrival form and rental agreement shall be completed prior to door code being sent.

- Due to the high outdoor temperatures during summer months, HVAC is monitored remotely. Guests are able to set thermostat between 68 and 75 degrees.

- Please note: Must climb stairs in order to access property. There is a freight elevator available for use. The freight elevator is not intended for passengers, please use for personal items such as luggage and groceries.

*For your protection and the protection of our property, there are security cameras installed that operate 24/7.

Cancellation Policy:
Full refund minus payment processing fees for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund minus payment processing fees for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

Very enjoyable weekend stay at the beach due to this fantastic home! Extremely close and convenient walk to the beach. Amazing views of the ocean from all rooms. Lovely home with ocean views

Great house with a short walk to the beach. All the items in the house felt thoughtful - games, beach towels, toiletries, kitchen items, etc… Having beach chairs and a sun shade was the cherry on top! This house is fully stocked and made this trip an ease. Outdoor shower was a big plus! Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay.

Our family of 5 had a very nice stay August 2024. House is situated in a convenient location with a +/- 10 minute drive to either bridge. We found it clean, cozy and comfortable. Good ocean views, and short one minute walk to the beach. Adequately stocked kitchen we used daily and nice coffee bar. Provided beach towels and beach gear were a huge plus and quality items.
