6 beach chairs, beach cart, umbrella, fully stocked kitchen with all cookware needed, washer and dryer in unit, WiFi, smart TVs, cable and Keurig coffee maker.
Parking: one private parking space beneath unit and parking lot for additional vehicles. Elevator located in complex.
