78704 is one of the best neighborhoods in Austin with incredible local art shops, thrift stores, and restaurants. You could spend a month exploring just this zip code and still have more to do! We are close to several greenbelt access points, so enjoy a hike in the city and explore our beautiful waterway. Zilker and Barton Springs pool can cool you off quickly, and it's just over 1 mile from the house! Our street is quiet and very safe with wonderful neighbors. It's extremely convenient to take an Uber or Lyft, or simply walk or bike to several restaurants and bars on South Lamar. 
This is NOT a party residence and we do not accept any rowdy groups! If a party is thrown during your stay or there are disturbances to neighbors, your reservation will quickly be terminated without a refund. Responsible bachelorette groups are accepted but will need to provide information about their group prior to booking.
