Our neighborhood is the perfect place to be transported back in time to a resort setting surrounded by the hangout locations of Frank Sinatra and U.S. Presidents. Wrapped within a climate that has forgotten about winter among the restored mid-century modern style and atmosphere.

What makes this property unique

The Golden Palms rests right below the mountains of Rancho Mirage where the wind is calm and the skies are mostly sunny. During the mornings and afternoon you can see historical airplanes fly overhead from the Palm Springs Air Museum.

Our backyard provides an escape from the ordinary with a meticulously updated setting with designer outdoor furniture from Loll Designs, heated pool and a cactus garden surrounding the back area to bring nature and modern comfort together.
