This property is a short drive or 15-minute walk to Koffi, the Ace Hotel, Indian Canyons Golf Club and Palm Canyon Drive. A utility deposit is collected for gas and electricity and the amount is based on the length of stay. We provide a monthly allowance for utilities. The actual charges above the allowance are deducted from the utility deposit and the remainder returned to the guest.
