The panoramic view of the mesmerizing Emerald Green Waters from the 14th floor is the highlight of this exceptional residence. With a capacity to comfortably host 4 adults and 2 children, our spacious unit offers a luxurious retreat. Upon entering, the Master suite on the left features a flat-screen TV, a plush King-size bed, and an attached private bathroom. Across the hallway, you will find a cozy bunk bed set up with twin beds. Guests have easy access to the second full bathroom, which is located off the main living area.

Welcome to Tidewater Beach Resort, offering breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and a prime location just 15 minutes from ECP Airport. Guests are within walking distance of Pier Park, which features more than 100 shops, restaurants, and attractions, including Dolly Parton's Pirates Voyage Dinner and Show. Tidewater is also one of the few resorts in the area with onsite security, adding an extra level of convenience and peace of mind for guests during their stay.
Tidewater Resort offers top-of-the-line onsite amenities, including two outdoor pools overlooking the Gulf, one heated indoor pool, two spa whirlpools, a fitness center, steam room, and sauna. The resort also features 7 elevators, which helps make access throughout the property more convenient. Frank Brown Park is just a short distance away with more than 200 acres of sports fields, playgrounds, and walking trails.
Parking:
All guests must pre-register with the resort! Sooner is better since there are additional fees (and long lines) associated with registering late. Preregistering means wristbands are programmed, and parking passes are created ahead of your arrival. Guests must stop by the Tidewater registration desk upon arrival to pick up wristbands and parking pass. You'll find this registration desk just inside the walkway doors, on the second floor.
The parking garage is located across the street from Tidewater Resort. Since it changes periodically, the parking garage gate code will be sent in your Safe Travels email. Guests may purchase two parking permits for a 1- or 2-bedroom unit and 3 parking permits for a 3-bedroom unit. Cost for such passes is listed below.
Parking spaces in the garage aren't assigned, so legally park where you are able to. Locate the skybridge on level 2; this will take you across the street to the main complex. After crossing the skybridge, go to the Tidewater registration desk, located right inside the doors from the crosswalk. This is where you will pick up your parking passes as well as your amenity wristbands. Return to your car(s) and place the permit(s) as directed.
Parking restrictions: No vehicle exceeding 7 feet, 2 inches in height is allowed in the garage. For the safety of all, pickups with extended beds or cabs, dual wheels, tow bars, and extended rear luggage carriers are only permitted to park in the north side, rear end of the garage. Roof luggage carriers must be removed before entering the garage. Rental golf carts, scooters, and bubble cars are not authorized to park in the garage or porte-cochere. Those in violation of these rules are subject to tow at the owner's/renter's expense.
Helpful Tip About Elevators at Tidewater: Like all high-rise buildings, Tidewater can experience longer elevator wait times during peak hours—especially around check-in (4-5pm) and check-out (10-11am). This is largely due to the use of luggage and grocery-style carts, which take up significant space and limit the number of passengers per ride. Many guests find it helpful to avoid using the elevators during these busy times when possible. A little planning can make arrival and departure much smoother!
Loading and Cart Info
• There are 30-minute loading/unloading spaces available on the second floor of the parking garage near the skywalk. Feel free to use one while moving your belongings in or out of the condo.
• Luggage carts and grocery-style carts are available to help carry items. Note that luggage carts do not fit inside the condos, but you can leave them just outside your door while unloading.
• Please return carts promptly after use so they're available for other guests.
Amenity Wristbands: Guests registering at Tidewater must be over 25 years old and registration should occur at least 24 hours in advance of arrival (ideally, more than 24 hours prior). Amenity wristbands are allocated to guests at the Tidewater registration desk, located on the 2nd floor of the resort. Wristbands will be given to guests ages 12 and up at check-in. Guests are required to wear these wristbands while on the property. Fees for these wristbands vary, depending upon when you register. This fee includes the aforementioned parking permits.
Wristband Return Reminder: At check-out, please return all wristbands to the same reservation desk where you picked them up. You'll find the return box at the reservation desk on the 2nd floor of the resort. Thanks for helping us keep things running smoothly!
PREREGISTRATION FEES (pre-registration must occur more than 24 hours in advance of arrival): about $40 + tax for a 1-bedroom unit, about $55 + tax for a 2-bedroom unit and about $70 + tax for a 3-bedroom unit.
LATE REGISTRATION FEES: about $50 + tax for a 1-bedroom unit, about $65 + tax for a 2-bedroom unit and about $80 + tax for a 3-bedroom unit.
For the security of our guests and the safety of the resort, there are external security cameras located in the garage.
Other details to note:
Proper ID wristbands are required to be worn at all times while on Tidewater Resort property. The replacement fee for each lost or stolen wristband is $25 plus tax.
Trash chutes cannot be stuffed with cardboard boxes or other forms of large debris. Prior to disposal in the chutes, please bag any trash. All large items in need of disposal must be taken off site. Violators who are caught dumping trash inappropriately may be fined by the association and/or reported to local law enforcement.
A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes' policies else face fees and/or eviction.
Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
