Your cozy getaway awaits in Perham at this delightful Sportsman cabin. Nestled in a serene setting with mature trees and lots of greenspace, this amazing lakeside property offers two bedrooms with comfortable queen beds. This cabin includes a full kitchen with gas stove and range and a full size refrigerator. Pots, pans, plates, bowels and utensils are included. Everything you need, except for bath and beach towels, is provided by the host. Whether you're looking to relax or explore the area, this cabin is the perfect base for your adventures like championship golf in nearby Perham or the Mississippi Headwaters at Itasca State Park (about a one hour drive). Immerse yourself in the tranquility of the surroundings, the lake and a beach campfire. Come and create lasting memories! We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our cabin.

Awesome lake cabin

Beautiful lakeshore property with outside amenities - lights,fire pit, kayaks. One of three cabins, clean and with all necessary amenities, attentive and friendly hosts. We only stayed one night but would love to stay longer. Easy to get to and near town with restaurants and stores.

Traditional lake cabin

For years, our family had a traditional cozy lakeside cabin on a sandy beach. Best of memories. The Sportsman cabin brought it all back, we had a wonderful time. Private beach, dock and boat lift and fish cleaning. Hosts Luke n Nicole, super friendly and helpful. We’ll be back.

Cute tiny cabin

Luke and Nicole are great hosts! They met us at the cabin at check in and made sure we were comfortable. They showed us the kayaks, docks and fire pit. All are right in front of the cabin. The view out the front window is amazing!

Sunny Bay Resort

We had a wonderful stay at Sunny Bay Resort! We were looking for a relaxing getaway, and that is what we found. Our hosts were very thoughtful and made sure we had everything we needed. Our comfortable cabin was steps away from Big Pine Lake. We enjoyed sitting in the shade of cottonwoods and watching the ducks and geese on the water. Boats and kayaks were available for our use. At night we made a campfire in the firepit and watched the Fourth of July fireworks across the lake. It was a short drive into Perham to have a delicious meal at a local restaurant. It was so peaceful and quiet at the lake...perfect for sitting outside and reading a novel or enjoying a glass of wine. With all these positives, I would highly recommend a stay at Sunny Bay Resort.
