A spectacular 66,000 gallon salt water unique pool with a 12 person hot tub. The pool has several water falls. The pool and the surrounding area are an absolute highlight .Outdoor kitchen and dining room. Private stream. A fully equipped Rv that sleeps 6. With an all functional complete bathroom. You will have everything you might need like towels, shampoo , conditioner, lotion, bedding, dishes, hair dryer, etc. A 2-story tower to see the most beautiful sunsets and views that this mountain offers, while your up there why not do some yoga. Just a few minutes to several crossings of the Yuba River ( Purdon crossing, Edward crossing, Oregon creek…)15 minutes from the bullards bar reservoir and 20 from Nevada city downtown.1 min away from local organic market.
