About the host
Hosted by Terry
Terry and Tim grew up in the Bay Area and moved to Nevada City in 2019. Terry is an equestrian while Tim mountain bikes, hikes and enjoys fly fishing.
Why they chose this property
We chose Nevada City for its climate, history, scenic beauty and opportunities for outdoor recreation. We fell in love with this property because it offered peace and tranquility, yet was conveniently located to shopping, dining and services in the greater Nevada City/Grass Valley region. And it has great views.
What makes this property unique
The cottage is a custom designed structure, completed in 2015, that is comfortable and cozy year-round. We lived in the cottage full time for 3 years, so it is fully equipped for long-term stays (up to 28 days), while its proximity to Nevada City and Grass Valley make it the perfect weekend get-away. Or sit on the patio and enjoy the views and the wildlife.
