House was kinda nice the couch was broke and the bedding smelled like pee which was disappointing and disgusting the utensils were dirty. Cups were dirty and the place could’ve been a little more cleaner.

Lack of cleanliness

Overall, the house is fine. The neighborhood and area is a little skeptical. There is nowhere to park except for in front of the house or on the side. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving a nice vehicle in the neighborhood though. The carpets had more than enough stains that I could handle. Me and my guests ended up packing up our bags and leaving, we did not stay a night because we were uncomfortable. Other than wasting 542, the host was friendly and replied in a nice and timely manner.

Do not stay here. Positive reviews are fake. We left after seeing it and got a hotel. Dirty. Hasnt been cleaned in years. Holes in walls and doors. Burn marks on floors and table. Doors to rooms do not close. Looks like drinks were splattered on walls and TV. Fridge was dirty. Stove dirty. Cabinets dirty with old crumbs. Cabinet door falling off. Bathtub not draining. Inadequate shelving in bathroom for hygiene products. Neighborhood was sketchy but could have delt with that. Smelled bad. VRBO should not have this listed.
