Your cozy Smith Mountain Lake getaway awaits at this wonderful lake front house. With plenty of space for all your guests, including a private separate suite over the garage, this fully stocked home has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Located in a quiet cove with a private dock as well as a floating island dock. Paddle boards, kayaks, floating mat, life jackets, basketball hoop, corn hole, slide, foosball included. Boat and jet ski are not included, however you are welcome to tie up to the dock. Stay connected with WiFi, and enjoy the comfort of AC. You'll also have access to a washer/dryer.
Conveniently located 15 minutes from Bridgewater Marina and 10 minutes from grocery store, restaurants, etc.

SML CABIN

A clean cabin with a great floor plan for togetherness and privacy during the stay. Serene and picturesque location is also close enough to shopping for groceries and local eats. The cabin had everything needed for a pleasant family time.

Relaxing and fun lake stay

The property is beautiful with a lot to do inside and outside! We enjoyed the deck, dock, lake, all of it! Cozy cabin and great amenities!

Family Vacation

This was a family vacation to get cousins, siblings and grandparents together. Everyone had a blast swimming and fishing off the dock every day. It’s the perfect location with a short walk through the yard to the lake. The kids loved the slide off the porch. Perfect summer lake trip.

Loved it!

Had a great time staying here with my family. There were 9 of us all together and we had plenty of space and privacy for all of us. We loved the gently slope to the dock/lake. Much better than some places that have 100+ steps to get down to the lake. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Lake house

Stayed here with 6 of my friends. There is tons of places to sleep. Allowed use of the blackstone, grill and fire pit. Loved using the kayaks, paperboards and lily pad. Great proximity to mangos, a fun bar with live music. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay at Goodview

Lisa was a pleasure to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at their lovely property. Very well stocked. The guys loved the Blackstone grill as did I as it was less cooking for me. The deck was a pleasure to relax on and there is even a covered portion for those hot sunny times. Paddleboard and kayaks kept everyone busy when they weren't out on SML boating. Beds for all 10 of us with a few to spare. Our dog Esther enjoyed her stay as well. Deer strolled daily stopping to eat the apples and a few days the triplets made their appearances. Would recommend this home to others and would definitely stay here again. Thanks Lisa for sharing your home with us!
