Home on Smith Mountain Lake with a long list of amenities ... perfect for summer vacation at the lake! Plenty of parking and room enough for a boat trailer!

Bedrooms - a three bedroom house with two masters each with king size bed and each with an adjoining full bathroom. The main level features a third bedroom with a queen bed and again an adjoining private full bathroom. On the lower level there are two private "bungalows" perfect for the young ones. The first has a twin trundle bed and the second has a twin bunk set. Finally there is a brand new queen pull out sofa bed with a surprisingly comfortable memory foam mattress.

Kitchen - Granite counter tops, double oven, microwave, dishwasher. Fully stocked with pots, pans, and all of the dishes and utensils. Keurig coffee maker, coffee grinder, and drip coffee maker.

Dining - The home features a casual table outside of the kitchen that seats four and then the living/dining room area has a 9.5 foot table that seats eight.

Activities - aside from just jumping in the lake of course other forms of entertainment include ping pong, air hockey, and foosball tables! Who knew foosball was so much fun? In addition there are three kayaks available for your use two 12 footers and one at nine feet.

Decks - The home features an upper and lower level deck both of which include partially covered sections perfect for staying comfortable during the peak sun hours. Midway between the home and the dock is another deck space with fantastic views of the lake and the cove. If you want to be outside you will find a place that fits you perfectly.

The Dock - the dock features two sections. On the left a fixed portion that is frequently shaded by the covered lift perfect for reading and drinking it all in. On the right side is a floating dock section with a dock ladder and cleats to secure your boat. Lake depth at the end of each side of the dock was measured in 2017 at over 13 feet (of course this can change daily so remember to be careful). Currently the covered lift is not available for use but the deep water alongside the floating dock will accommodate many sizes and styles of boats. Should the covered lift be a priority for you please contact us and we may be able to accommodate your request.

Internet - Internet service is 4G LTE.

Mobile reception - AT&T, Verizon, and Virgin mobile all have very strong signals in and around the home.

Satellite Television - Yes.

USB Media - Bring media on your portable drives and plug them in to any of the blu ray players in the home. Supports all kind of file types and we love it!

BluRay/DVD - Each of the four televisions in the home includes a blu ray player that is capable of playing a wide variety of file types.

Boat Trailer - there is a section of the property right at the road that is approximately 11 feet by 32 feet that is mostly flat and should accommodate most trailers. Of course there is plenty of room for PWC trailers. If your trailer is too big you can store it nearby for an additional fee at a local boat yard.
