Our two Storey Villa will definitely meet your needs; large, modern (completed in 2011), luxury, fully equipped & with anti-seismic protection! The house is ideal for couples, families and older people who seek an enjoyable and relaxing vacation in a natural & seaside environment, as it is located very close to whatever you need while -simultaneously- far enough from anything noisy or disturbing! (read more in "the neighbourhood" section) Moreover, there are 2 beaches in a distance of just 65-150m, Saint Nicholas (65m - small one) and Piso Livadi (150m - large one) while multiple others within 4 km away (Logaras 700m - Punda 1,3 km - Kalogeros & Molos 4km) [view photos in the gallery]

The neighborhood.

The neighborhood is quiet, with traditional houses and hotels of Cycladic architectural style where the blue & white colour combination, dominates. At a distance of 100 to 200m you can find: mini market/grocery, grill house ("souvlaki" restaurant), restaurants & fish taverns, cafes/bars, bakery, souvenir/jewelry/clothing stores, ATM, car/scooter rental agency, free parking lots, bus stop/service, 2 beaches (a large and a little one) etc.

TIP • You can also take advantage of your stay at our villa in a smart way; you can use it as a base (too) for visiting other popular Greek islands such as Naxos, Santorini, Mykonos, Delos, Koufonissia and Antiparos! One-day cruises (with round trip ticket) depart from Piso Livadi marina every day, which means that you can return to the villa on the same day late in the afternoon!

PLEASE NOTE • A "climate crisis resilience fee" of 15€/night has been imposed to us by the Greek Govt. According to guidelines it has to be paid separately after the guest's check-in. The guest will get a receipt for this fee's payment.

If you could dispose all of the garbage to the local public trash/recycle bins, before your checkout, would be much appreciated!
If you could gather -except the towels- the top sheets as well, in one place per floor (preferably separately the towels from the top sheets) would be very helpful for us!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
1. Quiet hours are: 15:00-17:30 and 23:00-7:00 2. Smoking is not permitted indoors, only outdoors! 3. Pets are not allowed except for birds in a cage!
4. Please turn off all electrical appliances such as air-conditioners etc when leaving the villa 5. Air-conditioners temp shouldn't be set below 22°C
6. Max babies: 2. Only 1 baby can be accommodated with the cot/crib we provide, for free. In case of a 2nd baby please bring your own portable!

Beautiful Property, Perfect Location

We spent 8 days and I wish it was 80. Dimitris, our host, was thoughtful, pleasant, and attentive to our needs. The location is perfect for days at the beach and dinners by the sea, all within walking distance. It was an experience that will stay with us the rest of our lives. Thanks Dimitris!

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons séjourné à 8 personnes dans la maison en août (4 adultes et 4 enfants) cela s'est très bien passé, l'accueil du propriétaire a été chaleureux. La maison est divisée en 2 appartements et 1 studio, avec plein de terrasses, c'est très confortable. Le fait de disposer d'une piscine a été très agréable pour les enfants, de même que le jacuzzi situé sur le toit et dont la vue est magnifique! Situé à 5mn à pied du port et de ses bars et restaurants (cependant sans entendre le moindre bruit depuis la maison) nous avons pu sortir sans prendre la voiture. Les plages situées à côté sont très sympa (Golden beach 10mn à pied ou en bus, plage du port de Piso Livadi 5mn à pieds) et nous avons pu visiter l'île depuis ce site sans dépasser les 20/30mn de voiture. A refaire!

Maison confortable à 2 min de la plage

Maison sur 2 niveaux, clim dans ttes les pièces. Bien équipée, mini piscine sur le toit terrasse. L'espace déjeuner et dîner sur la terrasse procurent une Vue extraordinaire . Les hôtes sont très gentils et sont venus. Lis chercher à parikia. Attention: cela n'était pas précisé mais la famille vit dans la maison lorsqu'elle est louée, au sous sol. On les entends un peu et c'est gênant.

We have been in Paros at Piso Livadi for 5 days and we had the chance to stay in this beautiful flat. The house is very confortabile with a lot of facilities and a fantastic jacuzzi placed at the top of the terrace were it is possible to enjoy a breath-thaking view in the Port and in the summer sunrise. Dimitris and his family are very kind and full of attention in the confront of their guests. I hardly suggest this house and If We will have the availability in the next future we will came back for a longer holidays. Beat regards

La residenza è molto bella e ben disposta sui 3 piani. È molto curata in tutti i dettagli e la puliz

La posizione è davvero fortunata poiché la villa si trova appena sopra il centro abitato ma distante da questo solo pochi metri. Inoltre si affaccia sul mare al quale si può accedere quasi direttamente da una scala vicino alla chiesa che gode del sole mattutino e dello spettacolo della luna di sera. La villa prevede la possibilità di essere usata da una sola compagnia ma anche da tre diverse famiglie. È tutto molto curato e pulito e la proprietà garantisce un'assistenza quotidiana e un cambio biancheria ogni due giorni. Le forniture sono complete e tutte funzionanti. Il terrazzo da ultimo è davvero spettacolare e offre la possibilità di stare assieme, fare bagni in vasca, prendere il sole in tutta libertà e godere di una vista unica dall'alba al tramonto. Inoltre i proprietari sono davvero persone gentili e ospitali, con i quali è stato bello anche intrattenersi e fare qualche chiacchiera. Beautiful 3 floors house with large rooms, clean bathrooms and beautiful sea front terrace with jacuzzi. The property is not the only positive point cause the location is top level and Dimitris and his family takes care of you from first day to last.
