Condo is great, VACASA slightly confused

We were told to go to a lock box to obtain docs we would need. When we got there, there was nothing in the box with my name and no one was in the office, they had left early for the day. Called the number for property mngt., we were then told we didn't need to be there and could go directly to the property. Wasted 45 mins of my time, no refund, no extra hour to stay. It was off season in February, I feel they could have extended Sunday check out from 10 to 11. The condo was fantastic! beautifully decorated, beds were comfortable, kitchen is stocked with whatever you may need. Door lock was a little tricky. when you touch the keypad touch whatever numbers show up and then the whole numbered keypad will appear, then you can put in the unlock/lock code. No cable TV, so make sure you have your own streaming services username and passwords with you or watch YouTube. We would stay at this condo again but the property management company wasn't so helpful.

Property was beautiful and clean. The pool was a nice touch and was still open after Labor Day facing the water. Close enough to walk to the beach. Plenty of towels and amenities. Unfortunately for us, we got there during biker week. We could hear them clearly the first night. Second night that we slept, we had a very disruptive neighbor checking in at 2 AM. All that happened not at the fault of the property. Just bad luck. The reason I don’t give a five star review was because there was no flexibility whatsoever on check-in time. I have a small child so I was hoping to check in maybe an hour or two earlier but they were very strict about it. They didn’t have anyone at the property the night before so the space was already clean. 4 PM seems like a late check-in if you consider hotels. Other than that, it was a very nice space and we enjoyed our stay.
