Second time staying here. Some things were not as great this time as they were last time (hot tub jets didn't work well, hot tub was a little dirty, sink was clogged in one of the bathrooms but we fixed it easily, hot tub was cold when we got there, fridge was warm when we got there) but overall they were minor inconveniences. We enjoy staying here and would stay again.

Everything was great! The kids enjoyed the hot tub. Four bedrooms gave us plenty of space to spread out! The only inconvenience was having to take the trash 7 minutes away, but that’s a Big Bear thing not an Ozzys Retreat thing.

Absolutely Perfect

Great location, clean, well taken care of, plenty of dishes and necessities like towels and toiletries. The back yard was a great size to play with our dogs and we enjoyed the hot tub. I wish we could've stayed longer but we will definitely be back.
