The home was beautiful! Its location was perfect, close to the dock and close to the beach. Sandy was a wonderful host, and we appreciate the baskets of goodies! One of the best experiences we’ve had renting a place while on vacation! Sandy was very accommodating and was extremely helpful and kind during our stay! Rented this home for a girls getaway and it was perfect! The owner, Sandra was so kind and super responsive. She offered grocery delivery, private uber # and area suggestions for dining and things to do. She even left a nice welcome basket with bottle of wine for us upon arrival! The home was well stocked, adorable decor and convenient location to walk to beach. Loved the area! Looking forward to returning again soon!

Senior class trip

The property was well maintained and in a fantastic location. Probably less than a minute down the road was a parking lot for beach access so it was super easy to get to and not a lot of people there. It's also just down the road from plenty of shops so you can get what you need while being far enough away from town so traffic isn't a concern at all. Overall, we had a blast and were very comfortable with our stay.

We had an amazing stay at this beach house in Vilano Beach! The home had everything we needed for a perfect family getaway. The pool was a great place to relax and lounge throughout the day, and the entire property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.We were especially impressed with the welcome basket provided by the host—it was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel right at home. Sandy was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had, which made the experience even better.A huge positive of the trip was how bike-friendly the neighborhood was. We were able to easily ride around with the kids, explore the area, and and nearby spots. It made getting around fun, easy, and safe for everyone in our group.Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly stay near the beach!

Warning!

Warning!Initially before check in, the host was generous, and even offered to pickup groceries for us and left a goodie basket. We were in town for my sister’s wedding, so it was a great start to the week. However, upon check-in we found dirty floors not swept or mopped, dirty towels put away as though they were clean, dirty counter tops, hole in the side walk, dirty pool and a broken step to the main entrance at the back door. When this was brought to the attention of the host, she offered to have the floors mopped.  We checked in on a Wednesday, step was fixed Thursday and floors were mopped Friday afternoon. Friday evening we received a message from the host, notifying us that she has noticed more people coming and going than registered and insisted that we leave, and she would reimburse us the remaining days. We learned from one of her messages to us, that she was staying across the street.  House occupancy shows ten, originally we shared a guest lists for eight. The host was correct, my family and I rented this home while we were in town for my sister’s wedding.  We had two additional family members staying with us for one night, one was a child. We attempted to converse about the situation by phone after it was brought to our attention, but the host was not willing to work with us.Thankfully we did receive a refund for the four nights we were going to be staying there. This was a very unfortunate experience. We are still taking back by the whole incident.

You were removed by VRBO for not following rules and attempting to hold a wedding at house. You also received a refund due to me not VRBO who told me it was with in my rights to withhold refund. A comforter and rug were ruined and had to be replaced. Trying to ruin a host with a false review is beyond dishonest.

This guest literally destroyed our home. Ripped concrete pavers off apron around pool, destroyed grill , dropped a painting and broke glass all over and drove an SUV at 40mph with 3 drunk women on roof and 3 others hanging on side. They had a parent lie and state they were with them. They then couldn’t leave at checkout b/c dumb or dumber took keys when they left. Was approx $1000 worth of damage . The sad part as a just who cares is someone was coming at 3 pm the same day. That family left a review of 10/10. Beyond disgusting.
