JUST STEPS TO THE BEACH !

Your access to the beach is just off your deck and only steps away to the boardwalk. Making trips back and forth from the beach to your condo could not be easier. Beautiful ocean views and Island views are fantastic whether on the covered deck, in the living room, kitchen, or the bedrooms. Sit on your deck in the morning to watch the sun rise over the ocean horizon. Protected from the hot sun during the day, enjoy time from the beach to read and relax in the rocking chairs. Enjoy an evening of fresh breezes as you listen to the waves break on the shore.
You'll feel oceanfront but without the cost. And it's only a short walk to the private club which offers an ocean front pool, kiddy pool, hot tub, and outside bar & restaurant.

Perfect Family Spot

The layout and location of this condo are terrific! We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The space was wonderful. We loved using all of the beach supplies in the lower closet. The proximity to the beach was fantastic and the pool was just a five minute walk. Glen was very easy to communicate with. Thank you for a great family week!

Comfortable and convenient to ocean and beach club.Comfortable.Could have been cleaned better. Owner was very accomadating and friendly. Elevator issue fixed next day.Owner provided refund for inconvenience.Would stay again.

Perfect Place to Stay

My family including 3 young grandchildren stayed for one week. The location is PERFECT! You are just steps away from the beach access! This made things so much easier since we had small children with us. The layout in the condo is great. Each bedroom has it's on bath and that is so helpful with everyone trying to get ready. The 3 bedrooms besides the Master have 2 beds each. This if perfect so that mom, dad and kids can stay in the same room, adding to the number of people you can have. The porch was a favorite hangout when we were at the condo. Perfect view of the ocean and that nice breeze made it a favorite spot. This is our favorite place at OIB in the years that we have vacationed there.

Great location and lots of rocking chairs

We had a family reunion at Ocean Isle and some of us stayed here. It became the gathering place with its unobstructed view of the ocean, easy and nearby access to the beach, and fully stocked kitchen. We loved all the seating on the porch and the beds were comfortable. It is as close to beachfront as you can get without being on the beach. The owner is friendly and clearly wants you to enjoy his place and even shares his beach chairs and other beach equipment

Great Condo & Owner

We loved going back to OIB after so long. It has grown so much and is a great beach. The condo is located away from the main drag and the traffic and noise. It is right next to the path to the beach and only a short walk away. It has great views and was pretty quiet even though there were guests in other adjoining condos. It is very nicely decorated and thank goodness it did not have the typical beach wicker furniture! Lots off space for everyone. Lots of cups, plates and silverware. Owner is was great and very informative on the area. The only reason it did not get 5 stars was because there were some cleanliness issue. When we arrived, it did not appear the cleaning service had cleaned the floors in a while, the jets in the mater bdrm were dirty, and one of the showers was pretty nasty. The bath mat was pretty moldy and mildewy. We found a bottle of bleach and cleaned it up. The unit was otherwise very nice and tidy and you could tell the owners take pride in it, so I'm sure it was just a matter off the cleaning staff being over worked during this time. Overall, great unit, better owners and we would not hesitate to rent again. If you love the beach and all it has to offer, definitely consider this unit.

Great Getaway

The property was just as listed, with plenty of space for our 3 family trip. All the items you could need in the kitchen area, plenty of chairs and beach toys to utilize, and a bathroom for each of the 4 rooms. However the best part of the property was simply the view. We have stayed in Ocean Isle 4 times now, and this was by far the best location we have had yet. Just 1 row away from the beach, but with and end of the street location that gave you a beachfront view of the ocean. The beach access right out of the rear of the property also saved us much more walking than in the past. Gene was prompt with communication, and easy to work with. We highly recommend staying at this location!

Beautiful Beach retreat

The decor was wonderful. Beds comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The deck and ocean views were fabulous. Only suggestion would be at least one bathroom with safety bar by toilet and shower. Since you have an elevator it would make it perfect for a disabled person like myself.

Great week at Ocean Isle

The owner was very responsive to questions before our arrival which helped to have an enjoyable stay. The property was as promised. The beach items available were very helpful. The condo set-up was comfortable for 3 families to share. The location in relation to the beach and pool was fantastic. We're already discussion plans to stay next year. If you're interested in a golf cart book before you arrive.

Perfect location and view from porch

This place was great! Have stayed in many places on OIB over the years. Well stocked unit n kitchen and lots of beach gear in the storage unit so we didn’t have to pack the extras!! Had a wonderful and relaxed time with family and friends. Loved sitting on the porch in morning with coffee and after dinner with cocktail. Could live on this porch!! Would Definitely stay here again!! Charlotte and Winston-Salem, NC families

First visit to OIB, but not the last one!

The condo was beautiful and very spacious! The location was one of the best on the beach. My husband wanted to make sure I mentioned in our review how good he slept because the beds were so comfy. The kitchen had every convenience and all necessities! We spent lots of time rocking in the chairs on the balcony as the scenery was just beautiful and the sunsets were indescribable. The location was perfect...Just a few steps to the beach and the owner had two large nice size umbrellas in the storage area to use on the beach! We could not have asked for more perfect weather while we were there and we will be back again next year!
