The suite has detached so you have total privacy, and all furnishings and appliances are included. Washer & Dryer also included, and Street parking available, and the view from the roof deck that overlook the city is Amazing!! This place includes all utilities (water/sewer/trash/electric/wifi, for your needs. all linens/towels, kitchen cooking basics, and a stock of basic amenities to get your stay started (paper products, trash bags, soaps & cleaning supplies).
