Marcus was super communicative and clear on instructions to access the property. It was as described, with a Gorgeous view, and walking distance from some many great activities! Even the foldout couch in the living room was comfy to sleep on. Would recommend!

Hi Kelly, thank you for being such an exceptional guest. Looking forward to your next visit.
We really enjoyed our trip!! This place is within walking distance to the Pike Market, Space Needle, and boardwalk.
Next time we will not rent a car, not necessary and very expensive to park!
Very clean nice place to stay!

Hi Natalie, thank you for being such an exceptional guest. Looking forward to your next visit.
Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay in this very nice and cozy apartment with stunning view of the Olympic mountains and walking distance to many of Seattle's best attractions. Our teens shared the pull-out in the living room and there were plenty of pillows, sheets and blankets. The space was very clean and nicely decorated. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Seattle.

Hi Sal, thanks for your feedback. Looking forward to your next visit.
Turns out there was a brief snowstorm this weekend that we caught! The place was very cozy and the view was great. The high vaulted ceilings in the room really add to the ambiance and the decor was very neat. We loved it!
Stayed a couple nights for NHL game and Seattle visit. Walking distance to Climate pledge, Seattle City Center and dining options. Fantastic view. Nice unit, it's not really a "bedroom" it's an alcove curtained off from the hallway, so if privacy is a concern that's a consideration. Overall it was clean, good communication and met our needs very well. The only thing preventing 5 stars was the exposed carpet tacks at the transition, which punctured my daughter's foot.
The only downside is parking. Major hassle and expense. Would be willing to pay a little more for the convenience of parking in building. Lack of parking dictated our time. Will be more careful in the future when checking on the parking situation. Great view but parking issue makes this a one time stay for us. $100+ for street parking rules over the view. This location is in an event area, when parking is $6 per hour, on street, if it can be found. There was a parking structure recommended, 10 minute walk away. If parking is a non issue then this is an excellent choice.
We had a good stay here with good communication with the host. I only want to add a few caveats for future guests.
It is a bit of a stretch to call it a one bedroom suite, as the "bedroom" only has a curtain for privacy. It is a cozy queen with one side against a wall.
All sofa beds are terrible, don't expect anything different.
The onsite parking, which costs extra is a pain to use as you have to run inside and manually activate the door and walk back around to get to the suite as you can't access the elevator from the parking garage without an access key, but if you value a secure parking space that is not susceptible to event parking price hikes it might be worth it to you.
The suite and balcony are not cool during the height of summer. The sun turns the balcony into a frying pan in the afternoon and the portable AC unit struggles on hot afternoons. During the rest of the year it is very comfortable, I am sure.
I recommend this location for a couple. Anyone extra will make it feel crowded and uncomfortable.
I struggled a bit with ratings, but in the end, I chose 5-stars instead of 4 because the issues we encountered are normal for downtown Seattle locations and it shouldn't be compared to say a large house in the suburbs.
My family all decided that they would prefer to just stay in a hotel in the future when comparing the conveniences and cost. Your mileage may vary.
Ideal for sightseeing walk to space needle and monorail , sports arena . Shirt drive to pikes place and ferry terminal. Parking at premium due to multiple events.
Stunning view of the water. Ships going in and out. Sunsets over Olympic mountains. Walking distance to waterfront, Seattle Center, shops. Small, but comfortable for two people. Easy communication with host.
