The property is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Deer come right in the yard! And I loved Cross Mountain , located behind it, you can take a short 10 minute hike up and the view is beautiful.

Nice place to stay!

This house was great for a fun weekend in Fredericksburg with friends. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and nice neighborhood.

Comfy, cozy and the perfect location!

Our host was organized and so helpful- picked up groceries early for our amazing eclipse stay! The house is adorable and well-equipped with necessities and extras

Girls Weekend for Spring Fling Conference

We visited for a conference and some fun wine tasting. We loved our stay. The house was perfect for us! Location was fantastic. House had so many “extra” things that most don’t. You thought of everything. We would love to come back and stay again one day.

This Fredericksburg property was very clean and cute. We enjoyed, the games/gameroom, the 3 bathrooms, fire pit and awesome hot tub! The shopping on Main was great. The food at Sunset Grill, Prometheus, Fredericksburg Brunch and Hondos was excellent. Wine tasting at Texas Heritage was fabulous on their back terrace! We star gazed on Enchanted Rock! And the guys enjoyed the National museum and submersible show. Oh! The Roku tv service was terrific as it allowed us to watch FIBA World Cup Women’s Basketball! Thank you!!!

Girls weekend

Very impressed. Seamless check in. Clean property. Lots of towels for the ladies. Comfortable beds. Showers had good water pressure. Kitchen stocked well. We had a small issue with water filter in kitchen but mgmt resolved quickly. We recommend.

Found lots other guest items under the beds so guessing they don’t clean under the beds. Other guest clothes items outside around the hot tub. Hot tub was not clean had a smell and had to call maintenance out.
