Muito bom o local , o condomínio, a localização e muito atencioso o dono do imóvel! Tudo ocorreu maravilhosamente bem ! Imóvel muito limpo e organizado, mercado e pizzaria bem ao lado, para chegar na praia é só atravessar a rua, inclusive com uma faixa de pedestre na porta do prédio, o que facilita muito. Sr. Augusto o zelador, muito atencioso e nos ajudou bastante. Condomínio tem uma ótima infraestrutura, com piscina e churrasqueira.
