Welcome to Deer Haven House this "Beauty in the Bitterroot" is located in Florence, MT on 5 acres. Close to the river, restaurants, stores and fun. This fabulous vacation rental boasts 3 bedrooms, including 2 king beds and 1 queen bed and a queen sofa sleeper, 2 full bathrooms, with the master bathroom offering a spa like feel, the shower has 3 body sprays and lighted niche. We offer some of the best amenities like a Nespresso with frother, Kuerig with drip coffee, coffee grinder, we provide all of the pods, K-Cups and coffee beans from Summer Moon Coffee in Texas. There is an Instant Pot, rice cooker, small toaster over, toaster, microwave, crock pot and roaster. The outdoor entertaining area has a BBQ grill, Blackstone, a smoker with 7 different wood flavors, seasoning, cookbook and utensils. Enjoy the sounds of the pondless waterfall, there is plenty of patio furniture, yard games like corn hole, ax throw, kids playhouse, and sand box, and basketball net, you could even play pickleball on the driveway. This home has been completley remodeled and has all new Samsung appliances, flooring, paint, furniture, and linens. Guests will feel right at home. Enjoy the convenience of Starlink internet, 4 smart TV's, Dish network, Electrolux front loading washer and dryer, central AC and natural gas heat. If you are a fan of the TV series Yellowstone, filming has taken place in several areas of Florence, the Bitterroot Valley and Missoula. Sip your morning coffee on the front deck as you watch the deer and sun shine on the mountains. This home is so comfortable, you'll never want to leave! No pets, but service animals are always welcome.

Loved it!

The Deer Haven house was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. Everything felt thoughtful and well cared for, from the layout to the little touches throughout. Christi was a fantastic host—super communicative and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great stay. The cornhole setup and game cabinet were a fun bonus, and the whole space gave us a chance to truly relax. We especially loved seeing the deer wander by just after sunset! The house also felt very safe, which we appreciated. Everyone in our group kept saying how much they loved the place. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We booked this house because of a last minute change of plans. Wow is an understatement! It’s beautiful. Incredibly clean and literally has everything you need. Every kitchen appliance, gadget, etc. You won’t need to leave! Christi responded ASAP when we needed her. And the grounds and backyard are stunning. You will not be disappointed!

You won't want to leave !!

Deer Haven is a great place to stay. This is my first experience with any vacation rental, so I didn't quite know what to expect. The experience was fabulous ! ! The house was perfect. Everything was new, with high end appliances, and it was SO clean. The outside area was as incredible as the inside. It was private, quiet, and our host thought of EVERYTHING !! All the amenities and little touches made us feel right at home. Fresh flowers and plants, a TV in every room, a coffee bar to die for, and a kitchen with every appliance you could want. The backyard is fenced and very private with flowers, garden, a waterfall, and plenty of covered seating. Games, a yard, and lounge chairs. There were 3 different ways to BBQ/cook with a huge prep area to make a feast. As advertised, we even saw deer everyday just outside the windows. Bedrooms were clean, and bedding was so comfortable and fluffy. We had plenty of room, and to top it all off we were not required to change sheets, wash towels, or clean up. We did of course clean up but it was nice not to have to take the time on our way out to have to do laundry. Our host was very available, and we felt like we could contact her if we had a problem with anything. The house is absolutely beautiful, and we would highly recommend staying there and we will of course stay again if we are in the area. Just a wonderful experience all the way around.

My husband Bob and I were born and raised in Missoula and moved to Florence 24 years ago where we raised our family and have our own plumbing company. We love to travel and look forward to entertaining guests from around the world. We live close by so if you need anything we are available.

Why they chose this property

We love this area because of the views of both the Bitterroot and Sapphire mountains. We love the peacefulness of the area. We named this property "Deer Haven" because we have a herd of about 30 mule deer that roam through the property and each year bring their fawns to grow up in the neighborhood, you will aslo see the state bird, the Western Meadowlark singing on the fences and trees. My parents built this house 20+ years ago and it was their first house. We wanted to keep it in our family and share it with others to enjoy. Some of the trees and lavender that are planted on the property are tributes to both sets of our parents.

What makes this property unique

We have stayed in many vacation rentals and found that they feel a little cold. We completeley remodeled this house and every detail was taken into account to make this house feel warm and homey. I love spoiling friends and family and I hope that you will feel a little spoiled also. We want you to come and spend your vacation and relax and not have to worry about doing a bunch of extra cleaning and chores when you leave, let us take care of that.
