Sweeney Creek Farmhouse is a spacious renovated 1941 farmhouse which boasts over 3400 square feet of living space. This home has 2 spacious living rooms and a large open kitchen. Room to roam and beautiful view of the Bitterroot & Sapphire Mountains. Close enough to the amenities in Missoula and the airport, but also able to float the Bitterroot River and/or hike the many trails of the Bitterroot Mountains. Listen to the creek running through the property and/or the many various chirping birds in the trees. Please note that we are UNABLE TO ACCOMMODATE PETS of any kind due to severe allergy condition and livestock safety.

What a great Stay!

The house and property were amazing, great scenery, with horses and Cows in the adjacent fields. Owners were great as well, would definitely recommend, and would definitely stay again.

Great for multiple families

I stayed here with my siblings and their families. Plenty of room to spread out, but also gather for game nights. We chose this location because it was close to our father, but we found great hiking/outdoor activities nearby.

A Relaxing Place To Gather

A relaxing place to gather! Our church leadership team of 12 people spent 2 nights here. It was spacious and comfortable, accommodating our needs perfectly. The outside deck provided a gorgeous view which included a nicely manicured yard, a rustic looking red barn, horses and cows, and green pastures while we ate our dinner. It was very peaceful. Inside, the kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking and serving dishes and utensils we needed to prepare our meals. The bedrooms were comfortable and nicely decorated in a cozy cabin theme. The living room layout allowed us to spread out for one-on-one conversations, but was also large enough for us to be able to gather as one group. Everything was clean and neat. The AC wasn’t working when we got there, but the owners immediately came over and quickly remedied the problem when we called them. Everything else worked perfectly! All of us really enjoyed our time at Sweeney Creek Lodge and would highly recommend it to others! Lighthouse Christian Fellowship, Ronan, Montana

It was a gathering for Christmas

It was perfect for our gathering and we were all able to make it despite the extreme cold. The wood stove kept us nice and warm. The hostess put up a beautiful Christmas tree and we were all set. It was wonderful to go skiing and soaking at Lolo Hot Springs.
