Welcome to our family home! We're delighted to share our space with guests while we're away. We live in a family-friendly and tranquil neighborhood. Please treat our house with respect; it’s our home, not a hotel. Our house is not suitable for parties or loud music enthusiasts. Quiet hours commence at 10 pm. To ensure everyone's comfort, we've installed noise monitoring devices that gauge decibel levels during these hours; please rest assured, that they do not record or listen to audio inside the home. We hope you enjoy your stay!

This side-by-side duplex shares a wall with the neighbor's home. Our neighbors have young children. Because of this, this is not a home for partying, loud music, or late nights. Any parties will promptly be reported and shut down. Please do not disturb our neighbors.

Indoor living
The main level invites you to settle into a plush sectional while watching a film on the 77-inch OLED Smart TV or enjoying quiet conversation beside the fireplace. The open-concept layout keeps everyone connected, with a chef’s kitchen that makes group meals simple and inviting. You will find thoughtful appliances including an Instapot, air fryer, food processor, and drip coffee maker, along with cookware, dishware, and pantry staples such as oil, seasoning, and coffee. A large dining table seats seven, with additional seating at the island for more casual gatherings.

Downstairs, another entertainment space awaits. Here, you can relax in the cozy movie room with a 65-inch Smart TV or recharge after a workout in the full home gym. The private sauna is the perfect finishing touch, offering a restorative way to end the day.

Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms comfortably host up to nine guests, each featuring soft bamboo linens, blackout curtains, and carefully chosen mattresses. The first bedroom includes a king bed plus a twin bed and an en-suite bathroom with a steam shower, soaker tub, and bidet. The second and third bedrooms each hold a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom offers a king bed with memory foam topper and added privacy in the basement.

Three full bathrooms and one half bath provide ample space for everyone. Bathrooms are stocked with plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryers. A Japanese Smart Toilet on the main floor adds a thoughtful modern detail.

Outdoor living
The enclosed front yard offers an urban oasis, with seating and a dining table for morning coffee or evening meals. Fire up the BBQ grill for a seasonal cookout and enjoy the space surrounded by mature landscaping and fencing.

Neighborhood
Located in one of Denver’s most walkable neighborhoods, the townhouse places you steps from the Cherry Creek Shopping District. Galleries, restaurants, and coffee shops are all within easy reach, making it simple to explore the city without needing to drive.

Parking
Two parking spots are included: one in front of the garage in the alleyway and one on the street with a provided hang tag. Please note the garage itself is not available for guest use.

For your safety, security cameras are installed outside the property, including:

✴A camera above the garage monitoring the driveway, garage door, and alley.
✴There are no cameras inside the home.
