Welcome to our family home! We're delighted to share our space with guests while we're away. We live in a family-friendly and tranquil neighborhood. Please treat our house with respect; it’s our home, not a hotel. Our house is not suitable for parties or loud music enthusiasts. Quiet hours commence at 10 pm. To ensure everyone's comfort, we've installed noise monitoring devices that gauge decibel levels during these hours; please rest assured, that they do not record or listen to audio inside the home. We hope you enjoy your stay!

This side-by-side duplex shares a wall with the neighbor's home. Our neighbors have young children. Because of this, this is not a home for partying, loud music, or late nights. Any parties will promptly be reported and shut down. Please do not disturb our neighbors.


Sip your morning coffee in the enclosed yard as sunlight filters through the trees, then stroll just two blocks to the cafés and boutiques of Cherry Creek. After a day of exploring Denver, you can unwind in your private sauna, recharge in the home gym, or settle into the cozy movie room for a night in with family and friends. This townhouse blends gathering spaces with quiet corners, offering both connection and retreat.

Indoor living
The main floor features an open-concept layout designed for easy flow. A plush sectional invites you to curl up by the fireplace or enjoy a film on the 77-inch OLED Smart TV. The chef’s kitchen is equipped with appliances such as an Instapot, air fryer, food processor, and coffee maker, plus cookware, dishware, and pantry basics like oil, seasoning, and coffee. A large dining table seats seven, with additional seating at the island for more casual meals.

Downstairs, you will find a second entertainment space with a 65-inch Smart TV, a full home gym, and a private sauna. Whether you want to gather for a movie night or focus on wellness, this level offers both.

Sleeping arrangements
The townhouse sleeps up to nine guests across four bedrooms. The first bedroom includes a king bed plus a twin bed, along with an en-suite bathroom featuring a steam shower, soaker tub, and bidet. Two additional bedrooms each offer a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom provides a king bed with a memory foam topper and added privacy in the basement. All rooms feature blackout curtains and soft bamboo linens to ensure restful nights.

With three full bathrooms and one half bath, there is plenty of space for everyone. Amenities include plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryers. A Japanese Smart Toilet on the main floor adds a thoughtful modern touch.

Outdoor living
The enclosed yard is set up for morning coffee or evening meals, with seating and a dining table surrounded by mature landscaping. A seasonal BBQ grill makes it easy to host cookouts during warmer months.

Neighborhood
Located in one of Denver’s most walkable neighborhoods, the townhouse is just steps from the Cherry Creek Shopping District, filled with restaurants, galleries, and coffee shops. Many of Denver’s highlights are within a short drive, including the Denver Botanic Gardens (5 minutes), Union Station (15 minutes), and Red Rocks Amphitheatre (25 minutes).

Parking
Two parking spaces are available: one in front of the garage in the alleyway and one on the street with a provided hang tag. The garage itself is not accessible to guests.

For your safety, security cameras are installed outside the property, including:

✴An exterior camera monitoring the front yard and street parking.
✴A camera above the garage monitoring the driveway, garage door, and alley.
✴There are no cameras inside the home.
