We had a rough start but the Host made up for it.

Open arriving a driver/property manager from the property picked us up from the airport but was not friendly or helpful. We had to search for him with assistance from others. Once at the apartment after following the instructions for entry from property management we were unable to enter. After 45 minutes of trying, messaging and videoing and being told by the manager that he had appointment and could not return to assist. We figured out several steps missed in the instructions. When we finally got in the cleanliness was lacking. The refrigerator had mold growing in it, bathroom floors were dirty. I notified the host of issues and the response was quick and sincere. They were kind enough to refund 20% for our trouble.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m truly sorry for the challenges you encountered during your stay. We strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all of our guests, so it’s concerning to hear that we fell short in several areas. We apologize for the difficulty in locating our driver at the airport and for the issues you faced upon arrival. Clear and helpful service is a top priority for us, and we will ensure our team is reminded of our standards for professionalism and support. Additionally, I’m sorry for the oversight in our check-in instructions; we are actively reviewing our entry guidelines to prevent this from happening in the future. I appreciate your patience and the time you took to communicate the cleanliness concerns. Rest assured, we are addressing these with our housekeeping team to ensure that each of our properties meets the highest standards. We’re glad our team could respond quickly and offer a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill, though we understand this doesn’t fully make up for the inconvenience caused. Thank you again for sharing your experience—your feedback is invaluable to us as we work to enhance our guests’ stay. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide you with the quality experience you deserve. Warm regards, Casa Verde
