The place was lovely. Very clean and great location within walking distance of Golden 1 Center. The host was friendly and responsive, and happily accommodated our last minute request to add an extra night. It can be a little tricky checking in, but very clear instructions were provided and we had no issues.

Great stay close to Golden 1

Wanted a place to stay for a night in Sacramento to attend a Kings game. Location was amazing, property is well appointed and secure, had a great stay. Manager was easy to reach and answered all of our questions and concerns.

Check in was a nightmare. The lock box is outside stacked up w\ many other lockboxes. The code I was given was the "old" code. It took an hour to get the correct code to get the fob that controls the elevator & doors. The staff is nice but is the building's not the Vrbo. The parking garage is on the side. Nice because the elevator goes right to the condos. Not very large parking spaces, don't rent a big car. The kitchen garbage can was outside the room, without a liner when I got there. The floor was visibly dirty & got my socks dirty asap. I mopped it. The washer/dryer closet is filthy. The coat closet is full to the top w/ things. Iron is broken. Remotes batteries were dead. Overall looks like the photos at first glance but it is dirty, walls, doors, shower glass. Trim is dinged & dented. I watered the plants. King size bed fitted sheet did not stay on the bed. I did manage to get one out of the locked cabinet. The refrigerator & oven were dirty. I hand washed the Brita water pitcher just because it looked sketchy, inside that fridge. There was protesting outside every night (as there should be) they stopped by 10pm. Once I got the hang of the key fob & garage down everything was fine. Although the garage door was stuck in the up position waiting for repair the entire time. I did not use any of the downstairs coffee or wine tasting. There is a "piped in" type of scent throughout the building & elevators. If you are smell sensitive it's aggressive. Not "luxury" much..

Gorgeous place/hard to find

Hi, the apartment was really nice - well appointed, pretty. We just had a really hard time finding it and checking in. We were checking in at night, which makes it harder, but it appeared to be a commercial area, not a residential area, which was confusing. And the signage on the ground floor read "Chase Bank", so we thought we were in the wrong place. It would have also been helpful to know the name of the property, so once we located an entrance, we would have known for sure we were at the right place. Also, the entry to the garage (paid extra for a garage space) was around the corner from the entry to the building. It would have been helpful to have photos beforehand of the building entry, then a close up of the lockbox where we could find the key, as well as a photo of the parking garage entrance. It would have been helpful to know that the garage door opener was a laminated piece of paper, not an actual physical garage door opener. Felt like quite an ordeal to get in. Once we were in, it was great. Great location, super clean, attractive, comfy beds. Would stay again, now that I know all that I learned on this trip.

Overall the experience was good. The place is clean, kitchen with all utensils and supplies.The parking was the only thing that could be improved, would be nice if it was included in the cost.
