The house was everything it was advertised to be. I don’t think you could have found a better view on the island. Convenient to everything. And an absolute beautiful place inside and out.

This is not a complaint as I realize this is a new house. The elevator didn’t work when we arrived and the house had no hot water. I took care of both problems myself but you might want to
Check before renting the house. The kitchen could also use more utensils and such.

Mark,
Thank you for your understanding and feedback. We're glad you were able to address the issues with the elevator and hot water, but we apologize for the inconvenience. We’ll make sure to check these details more thoroughly before future rentals and will look into adding more utensils to the kitchen. Your input is valuable, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention!

The house is set beautifully with the best ocean views from the balconies, especially the top one! The beach out front is quiet and is teeming with life. We saw dolphins multiple times a day, ospreys, and fish jumping left and right. The newly added beach access was great and we are thankful it was there! The amount of windows is lovely, the washing machine worked great, and the elevator was a great benefit getting our things in and out for a large family! We also appreciated the space of the kitchen, having a large stove top, lots of storage and the pantry, double ovens, and a spacious fridge with the additional drawer for beverages and such. The downsides are that one bedroom that was originally advertised as having two separate beds had the single bed removed and then the say bed in the “secondary living room” was a bunk bed. This caused some pretty significant shifting around of sleeping arrangements that was frustrating once we arrived. The other issue with bedrooms is that the majority of the closets are utility closets full of either hot water heaters, furnaces, or other electrical equipment so they cannot be used for storage of any kind. Cleanliness was a slight issue. The closet of the master suite was covered in sand, so it seemed it hadn’t been vacuumed before we arrived. There were some dead roaches and contact lenses on the floor and bed frame when we arrived. Linens were cheap which felt out of place in the large beautiful house. No pot holders in kitchen.
