-We have a Saturday to Saturday seven-night minimum during June and July. A three-night minimum all other times.

This spacious one bedroom, one bath, second floor vacation rental includes a king bed and 1100 square feet of living space. It is a mile from Sunset Beach and between Wilmington, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC. The villa overlooks the scenic Maples course--one of three signature golf courses at Sea Trail Resort.

Relax in comfort in the large living room with a flat screen TV and comfortable seating. The screened porch is accessible from the living room and bedroom. Sprawl out on the king size bed and enjoy not only the view but your favorite TV shows also.

The unit is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans and complimentary spices. Take advantage of the large laundry room with washer and dryer to avoid packing tons of clothing! The recently remodeled bathroom offers space galore. Enjoy the spacious dining area or snack at the bar – stools included.

Very clean Villa!

We found this Villa while searching for a last minute rental to go to the beach and celebrate our oldest grandson’s 4th birthday. What a gem we found. The Villa was extremely clean and well stocked. We will be staying here again when it’s not so hot and crowded at Sunset Beach.

Beautiful Condo to Relax In

We have stayed in this particular unit in Sea Trail at Sunset Beach over 10 times in the last 15 years. The condo is beautiful, airy and comfortable. It is tastefully decorated and has been updated, too. A quick 5 minutes to the beach where there is free public parking. Highly recommend!

Golf getaway for month of April

This is a beautiful suite, well cared for and equipped. The owner was quick to help with a minor issue we had. Our reason for being there was primarily golf, and the area has excellent courses. We will definitely rent it again next year in our circumstances allow.

Great trip!

The host owners were great to work with in making the reservation and answering questions. Check in process was easy. The villa was just as described and photos captured. We were surprised how spacious it was and with the skylights during the day, it was very bright. . We spent much of our time out on the beach. We did cook dinner at the Villa and it had all the necessary cooking utensils. It was a perfect get away; we could not have asked for anything more! We will look to book again.

Amazing

My husband and I spent a week in this condo and we absolutely loved it! The location was perfect, the condo itself was gorgeous with so much natural light! We didn’t spent much time on the balcony because it was so hot, but it looked like a nice place to relax on cooler days. Everything was clean and well stocked due to the “pay it forward” method from previous guests. The beach is a short, 5 minute drive and there are multiple stores & restaurants within a few minutes. Myrtle Beach is close enough for a nice day trip. Our friends were staying in Ocean Isle and this was a great find for us to have our own space but be close enough to hang out together. We were fortunate enough to meet the owners and they were so kind and friendly! We will absolutely stay here again & recommend it to anyone we know going to that area!!

Brian A. My wife and I have been to the Sunset Beach area many times. We have NEVER had a more relaxing and enjoyable stay anywhere while there. Very comfortable condo. Greg and Donna were just awesome to work with. They responded almost immediately to all of our questions . You couldn't find a better couple to rent from . This was our first time booking a vacation this way . We were a little concerned but that was put to rest right away. The directions and instructions were flawless . It was so quite you felt like you were the only ones there . You are with in minutes of all Sunset Beach and Calabash have to offer. North Myrtle or Down Town Myrtle Beach are with in 30 or 40 minutes . We would diffidently stay there again !! Highly Recommend it
