Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Enjoy all that southwest Florida has to offer.

Need Pool Time? The lanai and outdoor heated saltwater pool is enclosed for year-round enjoyment, accessed from the main living room. the property has large palm hedges for added privacy.

Ready to Relax and get some sun in the poolside loungers or when evening cools off enjoy the gas firepit with rocking chairs or the outdoor sectionals.

Need some fun: Play some darts and get your game on or enjoy a wonderful game of cornhole

The outside lanai has additional seating and a dining area, allowing you to enjoy meals in a tropical setting. Want to cook on the grill? The gas griddle is easily accessible from the lanai.

Your home away from home is a quick 20-30 minutes to beaches and marinas for the fishing enthusiast....just remember during peak season to leave a little early for traffic. There are 4 golf courses within 20 minutes of the property.

Are you a pet owner that loves to travel with your fur babies? We have you covered in our flexible pet policy, being a dog owner we understand.

The space:
This 3-bedroom 2 bath single family home has all the amenities of home. Includes a heated saltwater pool, 2-car garage, Wi-Fi and large screen televisions in each bedroom. The master bedroom has an ensuite master bath and a king size bed. Bedroom two has a large closet and king size bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed. The open concept living area features vaulted ceilings. The kitchen has all the tools necessary to make home cooked meals and all the appliances are stainless steel. The washer and dryer are in a separate laundry room accessed from the kitchen. The lanai is equipped with patio furniture, a large glass patio table and umbrella. There is a charcoal grill as well as a Blackstone outdoor griddle for cooking along with a mini refrigerator to keep drinks cold while playing darts or cornhole.

Guest access:
This is a free -standing single family home with attached 2-car garage, guests have full access to the home via keyless entry.

There are electric hurricane shutters available in the event of high winds.
The house has solar power.

(Please note that our refund policy changes from month to month, long term and peak season are non-refund times: we have to do that because those times are planned many months ahead and usually cancelations are impossible to fill.)

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Invite all guests to reservation before check-in. Only guests on reservation are permitted to stay on property. No dogs on any furniture or in pool
Parties and events are prohibited on property. Cape Coral ordinance specifies quiet time 10 PM - 8 AM. Respect by abiding to the ordinance
Do not adjust pool equipment, heat is off in Summer. Temp usually between 88-92 depending on outside temp Children must be attended in pool area

Amazing vacation

This place is amazing plenty of room for a family we only needed 2 rooms because it was just my wife and i and our 16 month old daughter. We loved how close it was to fort myers too

Beautiful home and amazing pool area, all the comforts of home. Andrea and Tim are amazing host who literally thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. Even our little dog Buck had a great time and was spoiled with special treats just for him. I definitely recommend this property and can’t wait to visit again.

Property was great home was clean beautiful pool I really enjoyed my time there. My only issue was the well drilling across the street. But obviously this is due to the host or the property just our luck they happen to be build across the street during our stay. I'd definitely stay again. Hosts where nothing short of awesome very helpful and accurate on their description. I'd give them ten stars if I could

I hate to write a bad review, but this home was not rentable. We had 3 couples and 2 of the couples could not sleep through the banging and drilling noise 24/7 across the street. Machinery going all night and day. Our friends said the worst sleep they ever had on a vacation. You could barely here each other talk during the day. The home is excellent but just so any others know, be prepared for 24/7 loud noise the whole time you are there. They don't even take a break. I know it is out of the owners hands on this but they should atleast let you know before you get there. Great home but don't plan on relaxing or having quiet nighttime for sleep.

Tracey, we did our best to accommodate. We provided you with an early check-in. You had reserved 4 adults and there were 6. I asked for names of guests which was never provided. The only communication you responded to was checking in early. Propane was left empty instead of replenishing and cleaning staff commented on how the property was left in disarray. I also do not like to give a bad review. The city deciding to do a drilling project without our knowledge was unfortunate, and 100% out of our control, but the good news is it is almost completed and our beautiful oasis will be back to normal.
