Turn off all lights and air conditioning/heater.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not unplug the WiFi router located in the bedroom.
Only park on the concrete pad in front of the cottage unless otherwise told.
No food or shoes on the beds. Stained comforters will incur an additional charge.

The guest house is located in a rural neighborhood. There are gently rolling Hills, lots of wide open spaces, and peaceful serenity. You will hear the sounds of nature at night, giving you the feeling of camping with modern conveniences.

What makes this property unique

Our own home is located across the property from the guest house. We live close enough to be reached, but far enough to give you your privacy. Since we live on the grounds, you will find that everything is very well maintained. We are not renting you a place that we would not be happy to live in!
