Brittny is an incredible host. Communication was insanely easy and prompt. The house was clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked and organized. Blackout curtains were much appreciated, as well as the laundry. The shower head is fantastic and I totally want the same one in my home now lolFour stars mostly because of some minor issues: the long couch could use replacing…cushions are about spent and fabric is pretty scratchy, so we kept a sheet on it most of the week; Friday night an RV trailer was parked in the driveway (didn’t affect our parking at all, though) and there was noise coming in the house till well after midnight. The rest of the week was pretty quiet. Overall we would definitely stay again. Brittny’s hospitality a key reason.
The space was tidy and cute and very clean. Everything we needed was there and the host was very responsive in all communications. Would 10/10 recommend!

Thank you so much Hannah! It was a pleasure hosting you and we hope to have you back sometime!
It was comfortable and everything the listing said it would be; the neighborhood was nice. The host communicated quickly with us when we had any questions and was even willing to help us find another booking for a follow-up date when we needed to be in Anchorage again, and her place wasn’t available. It was a great experience; we hope to stay here again soon.
Great location to the Alaska Regional Hospital. We planned on staying 4 nights. The cons were: no kleenex, the couch cushions looked good but were very worn and you would sink down to the frame. If you have a pillow top mattress or memory foam mattress topper then this bed will be very uncomfortable. Pros: location, guest book, the softest face cloth i have ever used, mints on the towels, a rice cooker, water filter putcher, magic bullet, hangers in the closet, instant tea kettle, super soft & warm throw, extra comforter, t.v in the bedroom, notepad with pen, travel size soap, conditioner, body wash and shampoo, paking right out front. This place is very cute and an excellent location.

Wow! I'm sorry to hear you felt it was only worth 3 stars! I would have been happy to bring over some kleenex for you guys and made sure to let you know I was available for anything you may need. There isnt a pillow top cover on the bed, and we've had really good feedback on how comfortable it is, but I do understand there are many preferences on firmness which makes pleasing everyone nearly impossible. As far as the couch goes, its barely 2 years old and we made sure to purchase the most comfortable USA made pullout we could find. I hope you find somewhere else close by for your future trips to Anchorage that may fit your higher standards. We feel our place is incredible for the price (under $100 a night) and strive to make everyone's stay the best. The alternatives of spending over $250 a night for a hotel with bare necessities makes it incomparable.
The accommodations were clean and fine for our stay. Brittney was very accommodating to allowing a later checkout since our flights had changed. Thank you!
