We were pleased with our stay at Evergreen Estates. A little more maintenance would have made our stay excellent. The host provided us with ample supplies for our stay, and the location was very convenient and quiet.

The host was easily accessible and responded promptly. However, the landscape did not match the pictures. The scrubs required trimming. The kitchen tile was cracked in multiple areas, and some cabinets were missing doors. On a positive note, the appliances had been updated.

The host's communication skills were amazing. His response times were fast and he remained flexible throughout changing needs. The neighborhood was nice, quiet, and safe. It was close to many grocery stores and a short drive away from the mall. The house was everything we expected and true to the listing. It was clean. There was more than enough bedding provided. The check in and check out processes were uncomplicated and stress free.

We enjoyed the stay. The home was a nice size for everyone. Little minor hiccups. We did not realise the fridge was not on to keep things cold until later in fuest night. We were able to get it on but never could get ice to work. Puppy kept picking up stuff behind the couch, but she likes to find stuff all the time. Overall the host is extremely nice and the house has many upgrades which allows for a very comfortable stay whether traveling around the town or staying in to watch the many tvs available.

Beautiful home and accommodating host

I thought the house was beautiful on the inside, with all the updated appliances and technology throughout. The only issue was no bed in one room, there was a couch and a mattress, which worked out for the younger people. Overall...i loved the house and would definitely stay again if the host would have me.

The pictures that are shown on VRBO by the owner are extremely deceptive. We contacted the owner immediately upon check in to let him know we would not be staying there due to the condition of the rental. More than 10 days later, we still have not received a response. The entire house looked like there had been a Frat party held there with cupboard doors ripped off their hinges, a smashed tile floor in the kitchen, a damaged & unsafe entrance… As I had originally explained to the owner, we were traveling with my 93 year old father and there was no way my husband or I would have felt safe letting him stay in the house. My biggest regret is that I didn’t take pictures to show how deceptive the owner had been about his VRBO property. We have stayed in many, many VRBO rentals over the years and we’ve never had a problem before this rental. Do NOT book this property unless you are prepared to be terribly disappointed. Like us, you may find yourself having to book two hotel rooms to spend the night in instead.

Mary u stayed at the home then left your nasty food all in the refrigerator spilled liquids didnt even bother soak up with a towel or have the decency. used all the beds to rest then up and decide to leave back on the road. Obviously u let your father urinate on the carpet once he had the accident im sure you all did want to abruptly leave all the sudden after using the home and left the whole house smelling like pee. didnt have to get another hotel that was another lie i heard you speaking on the camera about getting back on the highway This is unacceptable. left trash on purpose then messaged me for a partial refund i dont know how many vrbo owners u have done this too the deception was from u and u never made mention of how an entryway is unsafe. that also is baffling u guys went in and out the house and spent time there how is it the entryway was a problem. ur father got in and out the house with ease. you could have atleast let me know what u did to my only room with carpet so i could have had a carpet cleaning company there. cost me extra cleaning fees which took two carpet steem cleaning treatments. this is how strong an odor u all left urine and musk. I firmly believe this guest uses peoples house then blames her father as the storyline for being the reason she gets compensation. watch out for this guest
